    • added image quality screenshot comparison
    • added core CPU scaling results
    • added image quality settings performance comparison
    • added Core i9 9900K vs Ryzen 3800XT
    • added DRAM memory scaling, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB.
    • added VRAM scaling with Radeon VII (16GB VRAM) and observe VRAM utilization in normal and dense terrains

    Yes, I agree that 30-60 fps is likely plenty of frame rate here--no FPS twitch game here...;) Will probably swing for this myself!

    It's pretty weird a Microsoft game in 2020 sticks to DirectX 11. It sends a peculiar message to other game studios.

    This game is very heavy at ultra settings O_O

    Strange to see the 2070S performing worse than the regular 2070 at 1080p and disappointing results from AMD here, particularly the VII which often manages to claw back some performance relative to Nvidia at 4K.

    Good review. Annoyed that if you buy it on steam, you download the installer and that installer then downloads a 90GBish file.

    Would rather have it be downloaded all via steams server.

    There are a couple of cards that are indeed not reference, as NVIDIA did not send them, however, if an AIB/AIC card has to be used, we clock them at reference values.

    9gb allocated to 2080ti, doesnt mean it actually needs it. 7.6gb allocated to 8gb cards.

    Flight sims are usually very CPU intensive. Nice to know this will be tested by Hilbert later on.

    Pretty sure there will be detailed articles and vids testing and comparing all the settings. And like most demanding games, there will always be some settings that can be reduced without much visual difference.

    Been looking at this game for a good year now. Glad to see my setup will run it, just not for sure at what res.. I still have not decided to move to 1440 or 4k yet until I saw some reviews. I hope to upgrade to 1440 or 4k this year.

    These are my type of games (simulation). I played FSX for years until I got prepar3d. I can run p3d with max settings at 1080p as smooth as a young girls butt.

    Thanks for the review it puts me a step closer.

    2080TI cant even hit 60fps on 1080p? What the hell, the game do not even look that good...
    Plain an simple crappy programming.
