GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 451.85

No. Same issue with this hotfix. Stutter when ray tracing is enabled on certain scenes. 2080Ti here.

 

Manuel has already achieved a personal reproduction of the issue and logged a bug.

 

GeForce 1060 GTX (Laptop) with HAGS on = Shadow Of The Tomb Raider crash a few seconds after loading a savegame.

 

My edge chromium constantly freezes the PC up while randomly watching videos on youtube. Audio keeps on playing for a while, but all screens are frozen. Forced to reset. Spent over a month with hardware accel off, with previous versions and this one, never happened. When hardware accel is enabled, I can't trigger it properly yet, but it's bound to happen.

Does anyone know if there is going to be a new driver released this week for Horizon Zero Dawn?

I know the current official and this hotfix driver support the game but there is a listed issue with it that I would hope is going to be fixed for the final release.

 

What about the "Color bands" when Sharpening is activated in the NVCP in the CODMW profile ?
They are still there ?

 

They are no longer there for me with this driver. That is with a GTX 2060.

 

So an update to this stuttering issue.
I was offered a 'preview' update to the 07/20 Cumulative update for Windows 10 - which I accepted since my system has been a stuttering mess. . .
and it seems to have fixed the problem! Huzzah!
Build is now 19041.423 and my system seems to be back to operating normally with 'V-sync forced on' - turned on (with the small amount of programs i've tested). No more constant stuttering every second.

So there definitely was an issue with the initial build 2004 of Windows Pro that was installed during update last month and my particular hardware configuration - but very relieved microsoft are looking into this issue and I'm able to use my rig again.

 

i think the only thing that changed for graphics in the preview is the hdr fix.

 

Interesting, also have an optional CU preview available for 2004.

Installed this driver as I waited for the fix for Detroit Become Human, only to find Battlefield V now crashes while trying to load.

I have 4 PCs I installed this driver on, wish I had tested it first, lol.

EDIT:
Just a heads up, I ran the origin integrity checker and it found 2GB of stuff to download. The game loaded up afterwards. No clue how it got corrupted.

But i still have some big fps drop in MW with this set....(in map Piccadilly for example).

451 series have broken MW

 

HDCP 2.2 is broken with netflix app on win10 with 4k120hz and club3d cac-1085 adapter.

People with VR are reporting HDCP error too.

446.14 drivers work successfully with passing hdcp2.2 through my adapter, so something is up with 451 drivers they broke em .

There is no way in hell i can live without my cac-1085 and go back to 60hz, lol it just aint gonna happen !!

 

I haven't noticed any issues on YT with Firefox, but I only installed the driver last night.
