RTSS not working in Rainbow Six Siege Vulkan or DX11

So I have been using RTSS for a while, but I updated it and now I can't get the OSD which I use to see my frame times to know that they are stable isn't working. I have tried everything and can't get the slightest hint as to why it won't work. Installed older versions(currently have the latest stable version), Installing the beta, reinstalling afterburner and I am doing my damndest to get a stable 240. When it did work it was fantastic and I was locked at 238 with beautiful frame times of 4.2 fixed and no stutters or anything no matter what I did in-game. I know it can do that for me and I really need help since Siege has become basically unplayable.

 

can confirm, benched R6S on a system recently with RTSS overlay enabled, everything was fine.

 

Can you help me figure out why mine won't work.

Any way to find out what is broken?w

 

I don't think you need high hooking level, i didn't even change any rtss settings, it was a fresh install, all i set was msiab's sensors to appear in overlay.

 

Clean install Afterburner and RTSS...
