FineWine at its fines here... same exact settings, from 20.2.2 to 20.7.2. In that time I upgraded w10 from 1909 to 2004, and clean-installed the latest drivers. Also, no PBO on my 2700X in the last run. +6% in a benchmark heavily favoring the greens.
    Core: stock freq @1065mV, in-game: ~1565MHz
    Mem: 1100MHz@1030mV, timings level 2
Those are my settings for DX12/Vulkan/heavy DX11 games.
Windows set at maximum performance mode, fans+pump at 100%.

I think gtx1080 still beats that. Superposition tend to favor nvidia.

When I talk frequency, I talk about in game yes : ) i stopped at 1613 since it's like stock (but in game). Can go little higher but I like 2-3c better than 2-3 fps.

Any benqmark from that company favours nvidia. They even manage to get hands on timespy. So the only good benqmark out there is firestrike that it fair to both and CPUs and GPUs.

Not from my experience. I was around a lot of miners who bought multiple Frontiers for XMR and they all made 1100mhz HBM2 with few exceptions. I could mine at 1160+ and I can pass benchmarks at 1180 with artifacts. Can run 1150 for a while in games but I get silent CTDs.

The odd thing I've noticed from owning this card for 2.5 years is that at lower clocks my FE seems to beat Vega 64s clock for clock in synthetics. Maybe a clock reporting issue?

Actually they're probably setting low power limits for clock spikes to push the max fps score.

Here's my gaming settings in the first picture. I let it stretch its legs in the second. I guess I got a good card.

The first pic was 1630/1150mv and 1100mhz memory +50% power. The second was just barely stable enough to pass the benchmark. 1690/1225mv and 1150mhz hbm with +100% power I think.

Msi afterburner had a moment and was telling 2800mhz clock for the gpu , I wish lol

If you choose 1080p extreme, there’s my score! I’m Federico Barutto in that link (my real name). Faster than a 2060 with my same CPU, eating 1080s for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a heavily green-favoring bench:cool::cool::cool:

EDIT: if you don’t read wccfkek comments (and I don’t blame ya, lots of crap in thereo_Oo_Oo_O), that’s the “official” ranking platform for commenters there.

How is this for a Vega 56?
    V56.png

    HBM is at 1000.
Tried higher before but it just crashes.
