well I think most of us are just having fun here, but you are right. Just keep in mind that Intel has Meteor lake coming in 2021 so be at ease Duopoly will continue.

I guess we'll know in ~ten weeks. Probably Intel wants the announcement to coincide with AMD's Zen 3 announcements... Or, maybe Intel is announcing it is transitioning away from CPUs and into smart Golf Cart production?... New motto: "Isabelle Inside!"

 

Probably professional GPU or something along the lines of improvements on the platform.

I know CPUs are currently more than enough for gaming systems.

A 4700X with a tdp of 65w YES please but surely it's enough for MANY years of gaming, even the 3300X kicks arse in budget systems.

 

Something big... Sounds like chiller will be included with new CPUs!
