I know its the mater of taste but i like curved panels. Aiming for something bigger ultrawide like 34" 1500r 144hz to replace my 27" 1800r 75hz.

That weird size would be probably ultra-wide so it's a pass for me, I will never go ultra-wide again.

32" monitors are the best for 2020 line up from all manufacturers. True hdr and better colors.:D

27" is way too small to benefit from the curvature. Dumb gimmick by exploitative marketing depts.

Agreed. Basically if not going ultrawide makes no sense.

Unless you sit really close. Tiny room space and office. It's all about distance. I wouldn't love life by being forced to not move away from screen. You cannot enjoy a movie or gamepad gaming.

And the panel is a VA? IPS? TN? OLED?

No one in here seems to even understand why curved monitors even exist; VA panels gamma shift at the edges on larger panel sizes.

My wife just bought a 27" 16:9 curved monitor for her machine. The curve isn't a selling point by any means, but it does keep the brightness uniform when viewing at a reasonable angle. I don't think it hurts anything.

I'm still happy with my 32" on my gaming machine. I don't see replacing it until I can find a 38" with G-Sync Ultimate for under $1000.
