Because you're wrong. Windows 10 v2004 was officially released by Microsoft to the public. That's a fact. What is also a fact is your apparent mental issues that makes you deny the reality of things. Windows 10 v2004 is officially out. Deal with it. Or continue making a total idiot out of yourself. It's your choice.

I hadn't. Didn't realize it was a bug when it occurred and have since moved back to 446.14.

I just filled out the feedback form now with the details now though

Got your feedback. Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce this so likely QA will need more information to repro. Can you share a screenshot of the color settings you are using from the NVIDIA Control Panel -> Change resolution -> Use NVIDIA color settings?

I sent you an email. I need to know if this is with hardware accelerated GPU scheduling enabled or disabled. If enabled, can you tell me if the stutter goes away once you disable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling?

I tried to trigger the mouse cursor bug today but I couldn't trigger it.
It might have been a bug within the Youtube player code since it was limited to that website, all other HDR content and the other video players have never been affected by this issue.
I noticed that it triggered only when the mouse cursor was hidden after keeping it still for a few seconds, the square would appear on the mouse location with the mouse cursor still hidden.
Here are my color settings, just in case: https://i.imgur.com/LHSiDvH.png

Well I can trigger it in HDR youtube, not sure if is it a Nvidia driver bug because I think I seen it on desktop with a new Windows 10 Install Windows 10 2004 Build 19619.1000 without this Nvidia driver 450.99 DCH(Not 100% sure on this if I seen the mouse box before I installed 450.99)

    Ryzen 3800X
    RTX 2080
    Nvidia driver 450.99 DCH
    Windows 10 2004 Build 19619.1000

    Hello Manuel,

I played Metro Exodus (same Caspian area) maybe 2-3 hrs, no HAGS, same driver, Ultra settings 1080p, PhsyX/Hairworks On.

No freezing yet. I'll give it another shot today, and maybe if all is fine I'll try putting HAGS back on, see if it will freeze again.

HAGS is conflict with PhysX/Hairworks. Some users reported about games with PhysX which conflicted with HAGS earlier.
    This is a known problem.
PhysX and hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling incompatible with each other, for now at least.

I'm having a problem with literally all Nvidia drivers. I have a laptop with a RTX 2060 and Intel HD Graphics, so Optimus solution but this laptop can also disable the integrated graphics entirely and run only on the RTX GPU. When I run the laptop with an external display and disconnect the external display, all the programs still run on the dGPU instead of the iGPU (I'm using the GPU activity symbol from NV control panel to observe that). To fix this, I have to log off and log in again.

I answered the letter, sorry so late. I tried what you said right away when I saw the letter. “Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling” was originally turned on by me. After I turned it off, nothing has changed. Stuttering did not disappear, the gameplay is still the same ragged
