    Potentially a typo, the version was found on a nvidia nsight page and it MAY have been referring to 450.12

    Installed w10 (2004) and 450.99 yesterday, and all working fine, played some games, no issue till now, we'll see later :D
    I advice to leave gpu scheduling off for now as performance fluctuating when on, also game mode(off) for better performance :)

    451.12, probably, is internal developer preview.
    If Nvidia release one more DP driver it must be newer.
    But, i think, in middle of June will be Game Ready 451 driver for all users.

    I am using these drivers and so far they are rock solid, tested on 1909 and 2004, I will not consider trying 446.14

    But I'm already aware that 451.01 exists internally due to some leaks i've reported occuring with several internal hda drivers making their way to the net, so 451.12 isn't unfeasible for a developer preview driver.

    Nsight 2020.1 have support GA100, so this is not a typo.
    450.12 - not support Ampere, and, probably, 451.12 - have support for Ampere (GA100) and exist.

    we don't know what 450.12 supported, it was a cuda 11 driver atleast.

    How exactly do I install the 1.3.38.30 audio driver after downloading and extracting the archive? I did not check the box to install the audio driver when upgrading to 450.99.

    GSync does not work sometimes in BFV/DX12/Win10 v2004/GTX 1080. 450.12 runs properly.
