Is there is Nvidia WDDM 2.7 driver with working HW scheduling?

I like to know if this is true or not. I know there is a WDDM 2.7 beta driver but does it have working hardware scheduling?

    Kind regards

450.99 doesn't enable scheduling from a clean install, needs to be on top of 450.82

as several have indicated, @NvidiaFreak650 's post the matter seems to have something else going wrong as the checkbox works as it should for everyone else from a clean driver install.

I installed it on top of 445.98 and it popped back up as enabled. I guess Windows remembered the position from an earlier WDDM 2.7 driver. I guess it remains enabled (not active, just enabled) permanently once toggled with any driver that opens up the switch.

    Nope
No need to install on top of other driver
Clean install Windows 2004 -> Windows Update installed 432.00 at first boot
Run DDU in safe mode -> reboot -> install 450.99 -> reboot
HW accelerated scheduling is present in display settings, enabled and reboot
Settings show HW accelerated scheduling is enabled, also GPU-Z shows HW accelerated scheduling is on.

432.00 driver show in GPU-Z - HW accelerated scheduling - Off (not supported).
450.99 driver show in GPU-Z - HW accelerated scheduling supported - Off (supported), in first boot after installation. If I enabled it in settings, and reboot, it shows <On>.
And benchmark show higher scores when HW scheduling enabled (min and average) across different APIs.
So it need manually enable from settings.

450.99 is the first driver with WDDM 2.7 I have had installed since my last windows Reinstall 2-3 weeks back. Prior to this I was running 445.98.

Hardware scheduling option shows just fine my Windows 2004 install.

I installed 450.99 and then upgraded to 2004 afterwards, which kindly decided I should have 432.00 DCH. So, I then installed 450.99 standard again.

Did you do anything else besides that? I tried installing 450.99 but Windows pretty much instantly reverts me to some older WindowsUpdate driver.

If you use DDU you can disable your network devices until you got the new driver installed.

What? The next driver probably isn't until sometime in June.

LOL. They are not going to release another driver in a few days, especially the one that is WDDM 2.7

Does hardware scheduling work with Pascal cards?

I'm on W10 (2004), installed nvidia 450.99 driver (wddm 2.7) and i noticed a good performance boost in general, i mean cpu, gpu, ram and hdd all doing very well, and best settings are: to set gpu scheduling to off for now, maybe in next drivers that support it, it would be better, we'll see, also disabling game mode, now i just need to play some more games to be sure of all that [IMG] [IMG]

In DDU go to options and tick the lowermost checkbox. That should hopefully disable automatic Windows Update Driver installation (at least it does for the systems I maintain). Then run DDU (in safe mode) to uninstall the previous drivers, reboot and install whichever drivers you wish to install.

    Incorrect.

Probably a good idea to stop spreading misinformation, yeah?

^That text tells you it's unsupported but technically works (at least for some degree, definitely up to the point of activation). I think it was the same for any previous WDMM 2.7 preview drivers.

Yeah, NvidiaFreak650 said he had it unchecking itself though, but I guess since everyone else is saying it works from a clean install it must have just been a spook in his system.
