So then switch to a release driver and stop spamming the driver forums......or, try waiting PATIENTLY.

@Koul2020 this is why it's not a good idea to use insider builds for day to day use. You're just inconveniencing yourself. Honestly, even regular updates can cause enough problems, which is why i delay updates on the old 1903 for a the max 30 days.
If you're sensitive enough to notice stuttering (most here probably are), you're just asking for endless issues when you subject yourself to endless "beta" Windows versions and drivers.

Put insider builds on another drive or partition if you wanna test things out. That way you're not at the mercy of bleeding edge development.

What are you talking about? 445.78 works just fine on 2004, I know because that is what I am using right now. If you mean 445.78 doesn't have WDDM 2.7/Hardware GPU scheduling capabilities on 2004, then yes, you are correct.

IP upgrades can be rolled back to last GA for a while and so far most Win10 builds ran fine with older drivers (with a few exceptions which might or might not had fairly easy workarounds). 20H1 in particular doesn't seem to have any known issues with the latest official WDDM 2.6 drivers. He claims to have stutter with the 450.12 beta driver and he doesn't seem to know he can install 445.78 without problems.
For that matter, the current Fast Rign build of Win10 (let's call it 20H2 even though it's not) runs fine with WDDM 1.4 AMD drivers on my old notebook (which I no longer use for anything meaningful). That driver is several years old and will never be updated.

WDDM 2.7 will not make RTX 3080ti from your video card, and hardware planning will not make GDDR7 from your video memory

What are you talking about?! I'm on Slow Ring and I've been using this driver and testing 450.12 too since release.

    It 100% works on Windows 10 19041.xxx

    Exactly this^

Otherwise the driver works as intended without any issues for me.

Dude, seriously, just stop already. Nvidia will release a WDDM 2.7 driver once Windows 20H1 (2004) is released. It will not be available for download through Nvidia's site until then. Any info/comments in regards to the GRD released today should go in the appropriate sub forum.

And if somebody really insists on a WDDM 2.7 preview driver, they can also try the old 445.23 https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/445-23-insider-driver.429493/
It I recall correctly, it already has all the recent features like HDMI VRR G-Sync, low latency mode, v3 fps limiter, etc (the V3 limiter is probably hidden in NVCP and only accessible though profileinspector, if at all and there is probably no Ultra option for LLM, just On/Off) but I remember it being more stable than 450.12 (when it comes to DX12 games with RTX cards). But it obviously lacks the latest profiles (may be Doom Ethernal will crash with it the same way, I obviously never tested any unreleased games back then).

Microsofts Jesse Natalie has said they are not far off from a release of a 450 driver, just needs some more time.
