Looks like some toning down of the corpse dismemberment is a thing (in the demo anyway) - Quick and dirty comparison vid:
Dunno, it ran at 4K/60 on a 2080Ti maxed out. VRAM in the menu says ~13GB but in-game it never goes above 10GB, just like RE 2 remake.
You can use 8gb textures even on 8gb cards with the rest of the settings maxed out. Demo runs great like that but we'll see how the full game runs with those settings.
Runs fine, the same as Re2 remake, I used 6GB textures and it didn't hitch, cap was ~4.8GB and 2880x1620 dsr.. But aliasing is terrible, shame.. it kills the beauty of this engine, TAA is kinda ok but blurs too much, still.
Anyone got their key from Green Man Gaming yet? Still shows Awaiting Key on my pre-order here in the UK. Thought the game was released at midnight tonight? Not too bothered about pre-loading it as I have a 420 Mbps fibre connection which means it’s quicker to download it post-release than it is to pre-load then decrypt it (which can take up to an hour). More concerned that I am not going to get the key for tomorrow.
