I just got my VII in the mail, has anyone had success with the 19.q4 drivers? I am mostly interested in video editing/processing. Anything I should know or expect from this beast? Thanks!

They must've gotten lucky and had an incredibly flat gpu/hbm stack, and a great mount/mate, to get those kinds of junction temps with that high voltage. On my VII at 2050 with 1110mv, I see junction temps in the 80-83c range with an EK block, even during testing with liquid metal paste using a 360mm radiator with only the VII in the loop.

Anyone get this with HWInfo? Funny thing is, times when I jumped between Wattman and HWInfo during gaming session, the readings were in sync. Maybe the card spiked to extremities for second or two during gaming? Would like to know whether anyone else had seen this. My vii is undervolted to 1025mv at 1900Mhz per Wattman. Stock cooling and rock stable.

My VII is at 1.006mv stock clocks. JT still goes to 110c playing Doom 2016 @4K vsync off, with aggressive fan profile. I still love it though :D

Hey all, any recommendations on liquid cooling for Radeon VII??? I'm wanting to do this to hopefully achieve more than 1915mhz on the core. I really don't see a need for me personally to upgrade right away with my current setup. I may consider a 6800XT down the road but for now I'm ok.

I saw a few options on Amazon since most of it is hard to come by now, and I'm not sure if there is any other places to look.

Any alphacool will be great. I have a vega 64 and the thing is, you will get a bit better clocks but the main factor will be the silence. Enjoy your R7

Ok yeah, I see the Alphacools. I just wonder what would go well with it? Any pumps and tubing you would also recommend?

I'm just getting ideas, I've seen some and know what I may try, but someone that has on up and running could tell me a bit more.

Also I may hold off that 6800 XT looks really nice. But still gathering info and any is appreciated.

Vegas continue to deliver, and getting better over time.

FSR will allow them to live for many years.

BTW for people with Ryzens change EDC to 1 and you can get amazing clocks be ready it gets hot.
