Hello, I was given a GTX 970 by a friend and am not 100% sure if it is in the best condition. In most programs, windows render fine and in games, I get respectable frame rates and no issues. Attached is a video of the problem. () Unfortunately, I am not aware of what this is called as I have never seen it happen before this. Was just wondering if there was a fix, I am running the latest Nvidia drivers (I did check ). Thanks, James.
