HDD: Seagate ST10000NE0004-1ZF101 10TB - 90.8% RAM: Corsair CMW32GX4M4C3200C16 4x8GB - 104.5% MBD: MSI Z370 GAMING PRO CARBON AC (MS-7B45) https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/21993805 My SSD hitting "289.1%" is due to the fact a lot of other people doing this test highly likely (99.9%) didn't configure their BIOS correctly and / or used a MBR partition on their SSD instead of GPT (Yes my OS is installed on this SSD, in no way would it cut the performance in half otherwise windows would be barely usable on a standard HDD). If you clone your OS from an HDD to an SSD chances are that program removed your GPT partition to copy the MBR partition over, Windows 10 however provides 3 different methods to change MBR to a GPT partition without removing the data on the drive.

@K.S. Your Razer Blade have a turbo mode? My Asus Zephyrus S see's low percentiles on silent mode, but only averages 80% percentiles on the CPU / GPU on turbo because thin laptop is thin. Hmm yeah I may have had it off I ran it again after checking with a few things - https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/21995162 this one jumped to an overall of "49th percentile" from the first one "33rd percentile" *shrugs* heck... I figure perhaps it's a lower rating on account of my older hardware.

Anyone else with the issue of Inspectre not disabling the mitigations? It worked fine before. I'm on a brand new clean install of Windows 10 1909 all updated. 18363.476 Yes, I am running in admin mode. I start the program, it says mitigations are enabled. I click the buttons to disable and nothing happens. In the back of my mind I'm suspecting I need some libraries installed for the program to run. Edit...that was it. Installed the latest .net libraries and, there we go.
BTw, I've done a massive amount of testing enabled and disabled. For gaming and desktop use, Spectre and Meltdown enabled make my task bar judder when auto hiding (weird I know) and there is a perceptible menu lag in both accessing and population menus/Windows. It's not awful, but it is perceptible. The main hit is on non qued SSD access. About 20% slower and significantly higher, almost double access latency from around .04 ms to closer to 0.1. That may not seem like much but when you're accessing a bazillion files in the OS, it's perceptible. That's my piece. Anyone trying to claim there is ZERO impact is just looking to argue for attention. The facts are otherwise and system dependent.
Inspector only disables the original meltdown and spectre forms, it hasn't been updated for newer spectre forms
That's okay, neither has my BW-E. EVGA has been nice enough keep the BIOS updated on my X99 FTW K. In any work load I've tested I'm where I was at prior to all this within the MOE.

(I've got an ASUS X99-A II ) something to that affect but it too has an updated dated "7-9-11" like your EVGA - the release notes on mine are vague as heck though...

If you're using any recent vintage of Windows 10. No, the ucode is integrated. How about giving us a hint on your system and OS. That would be really helpful.
