Discontinued (check OP link for future drivers) - Clean Version

i have windows 10 64bit and gtx 1080
run DDU in safe mode for clean , and after install this clean driver, and do the same, give error while install driver
and if i open again clean exe driver, the same image request DCH

how remove DCH? what is it?

 

i download dhc driver, and make clean version using this tutorial, and work fine...
maybe my pc need dch version

 

you can install standard over dch by removing a couple of things from the registry.

DCHUVen from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\nvlddmkm
and FTS subkey


standard package will then install over the top, including the installation of the nvcp

 

Haven't used DCH version since forever, but I'm glad it worked out for you in the end.

 

Can someone tell me if the clean version is now with the updated 441.20 driver pls?

am I missing something? What exactly was updated in an already released driver?

Are we now getting driver updates for drivers released prior to a hotfix?

Maybe the info in the post was updated, not the actual driver.

 

the driver package was updated, i don't think it'll matter for most.

 

Well, that's a new one to be honest. I can make a new version if there are actual changes in it, but other than that will leave as is.

Had this too, I never have had to install DCH drivers??? ( I build my own rigs since the the big bang). Is this a newer windows build (bug) thing?
