The lady and I are watching seasons 2 of Dark these evenings. Its a slow burner, but in bed its a nice viewing. As for me alone, I am watching True Detective season 3. Love the True Detective shows, really gives you a grasp of the characters and impending doom in some scenes. Season 2 was not as good as season 1, but season 3 is far better than 2. So give it a try if you guys haven't yet.
Haven't posted for a while, a couple of good shows just restarted I'm currently watching. Yellowstone Season 2 Legion Season 3
Just finished watching all episodes last night, really good, I read the book a few years ago and I got the audiobook last year and as far as the show goes they really did an excellent job it's pretty much canon with the original material, well worth a watch, really fun ride and it's cool to see Pratchett's work on screen again.
Another new show City On A Hill, Kevin Bacon is really good in this and it's a current favourite of mine, well worth a watch!
Hoo what a day, not only do we get this but we also get this as well Illus and the Roci has finally got her railgun and a new paint job and could Marco be on the horizon? and Picard doing so much fan service and my god did it work, with that one word I was sold 'Engage!'
Been a while but I've been watching this show and I think it's really underrated and Season 2 just started, It's a slow burn but worth the watch. Also the final season of Preacher is finally here
Some more shows that just started and well worth a watch. Peaky Blinders Season 5 Succession Season 2 The Terror Season 2
Curse of Oak... I will have to look that up I have never heard of it so I'm happy about that! Disney+ (which crashed at launch - go figure) - bringing its plethora of content including deleted moments of MCU media apparently (endgame reference) Anyway back on track... The Mandalorian (Opening episode was awesome - took me back to og sw) series closes before eoy The Witcher - very excited for this, fan of Henry Cavil and this series so I'll be interested to see the direction of the show. Man in the High Castle - finally a finale' to an ambitious series from Amazon - done very well so far I might add. (courtesy of Philip K. Dick) The Expanse S4 - Boy have we waited for this, and in ways it's great SciFy lost it to Amazon. That's my opinion as a bigger budget may allow more production value. The Crown - I didn't realize how far Netflix would be taking this series but I am very fond of Claire Foy's portrayal of Queen Elizabeth ll. Matt Smith is ... Matt Smith but I'm happy to see more of her - she's a great actress. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel - This one surprised me the most considering how long Amazon has taken/took to release many of their other seasons (Goliath, Bosch, Jack Ryan, High Castle, Fleabag (BBC) Sneaky Pete, Mozart in the Jungle) Mrs. Maisel S3 has pushed relatively quickly considering S2 released 1 yr ago. One of the best acted & most underrated shows available at present
I couldn't agree more. I like Pedro Pascal - he's doing a great job. "I take you in warm. Or I can take you in cold" hehe
I am taken aback with how good it is. Image and sound quality are fantastic too. My only gripe is 38 minutes is too short!
Lol this kinda cracked me up! Pedro Pascal Awkwardly Said the Mandalorian's Real Name in an Interview
Oh that's sick! I'm definitely going to be using that my next modded play-through of PC Kotor ehehe xD For some reason that random name made me think of Galadriel and Edison
Anyone been watching His Dark Materials? Aka the golden compass the tv series, instead of the pretty average film But I had forgotten man in the high castle starts again tomorrow, super looking forward to that, and to be honest, the fact that this is the final season is only good, I just hope they wrap it all up properly. Mandalorian was very cool, hope it keeps this up.
