Call of Duty Modern Warfare

First CoD in a long time where I actually have a fair chance, feels like the skill matching is right on spot! Then there are several important issues with the game but overall I'm having a good time with it.

 

Have they pushed out any patches to fix the stuttering yet? I don't want to buy it until that gets straightened out.

 

It's still there for me but far less, also the audio lag is gone now.

The campaign is good enough to be played twice though, especially if you haven't done it on the highest difficulty setting

It's been this way since forever, since controllers are an inherently inaccurate controller medium. Without this, playing with a controller would suck.

This is also why it's always lols when console players think they are 1337 at a game -- half the work is done for them by auto aim, and they think it's their skill.

 

They really need to bump up the TTK because at its current state, it's promoting some HEAVY camping. I dislike campers, but at the same time, I can see why they are camping; they'd rather not get KO'd at the speed of light by moving around. I am personally fine, but I think bumping TTK will promote the heavy campers to take more "risks" by moving around. I think that will make the MP much more enjoyable, and promote some interesting encounters! My 2 pennies

 

Won’t work, look at BF. Atrocious TTK and still snipers everywhere in comparison.

It’s time to adapt, just like we needed to adapt from MW1/WaW/BO to BO2 or MW2 (akimbo, anyone?).

I'm on ps4 pro, and no there is no auto aim lol.

It only slows down the aim near a target which is terrible.
I'm playing without assist.

Warface is the only game I played on console that does have auto aim the moment you ads.

 

I have been a PC player since day one, and I support the whole aim-assist thing on consoles because with this whole cross-play thing becoming a norm, it would be unfair to have console players without aim-assist. Aim-assist doesn't put console players above PC players, but levels the playing field in my opinion. I play on my PS4 pro too every now and then, and aiming on a controller vs a mouse is totally different (in terms of granularity) feel. I am all about making things fair, especially in cross-play era, and aim-assist does just that.

I hope they also fixed their login issues. Last night we waited for quite a while before we were able to enter the game.

 

Ok, installed latest 441.12 drivers. Single player no longer crashes. Intro vids seem fine now.

 

Yup! Along with some fixes, nerfs, etc.

 

They ever rolled out that fix to stop the cutscenes from stuttering? Cause that would be nice.
