First to get one out of "Beta" sure, but not first to release, and if recent history continues, these msi "release" are beta quality anyway. :(

Asrock has 1.0.0.4 available to the Taichi boards already and Asus has a beta out for the strix F and E

Gigabyte has an early alpha out for the X570 master too, not touching it though, waiting for something more complete.

Good of MSI to actually starting to support us that bought expensive X570 motherboards now. My X570 Pro Gaming Carbon WiFi got ABBA just a few weeks ago. I only had the pre release 1.0.0.3 up until then.

I'll update after I'm finished with The Outer World's. I don't want any new issues at this point.

I have asrock x570 taichi and i do not see agesa v1.0.0.4 bios available yet. I have applied latest bios (v2.11) and it is still 1.0.0.3. I just tried to edit direct links to bios and 2.12, 2.20 and 2.30 give me 404.

I got the impression they are still saying coming soon, other boards already have it out.

Do you have a link to said BIOS? Was looking around yesterday on TT and OC but haven’t seen Gigabytes new 1.0.0.4 AGESA BIOS yet.

Their AGESA 1004B / SMU 46.54.0 - N18 bios is here, use at your own peril.

If all that 1.0.0.4 AGESA brings is boot updates, I'll pass on this one, since boot times are already very fast (compared to what I'm used on my old x99). Besides who knows, it might break other things.

Unless it fixes something that is broken I wait at least one month that way you can read others experiences and if there is a major flaw hold off.

Installed it and made a quick test with C20, I see no difference in the behavior of my system (X570-E Strix with 3800X) , so I can advice to wait, as at least at this point I see no real difference for my PC. Perhaps the others might notice a change...

If you had an nvidia board that Ryzen 3xxx had PHY issues with, you'd notice a difference.
