    Thats very interesting. Why would Windows 7 and 8 be different than Windows 10 on reporting the specs of the CPU? At the time when I saw the performance tab under Windows 10 the AMD FX lawsuit didn't happen yet and it was reported as I said. At the end of the day who knows why maybe it's something that only MS and AMD knows and I am reading too much into it.
