RadeonMod (Tweak Utility)

I think I found a solution for 'Alternative DVI mode', by registry tweakings.

Context, in my case:
- HP 8510p laptop, ATI HD 2600 video card;
- with Windows Vista (HP native drivers) everything was fine;
- with Windows 7 (HP native drivers) and/or Windows 8.1 (AMD drivers) and/or Windows 10 (default Windows drivers), the secondary monitor keeps blinking / goes black for 1-2 seconds at random; monitor has HDMI inputs and the problem occurs regardless if connected directly via laptop's HDMI or via docking station's DVI;
- on Win7 & Win8.1, by unchecking the 'Alternative DVI mode' via Catalist interface, the problem disappears;
- on Win10, with no Catalist interface available, I had no control of the 'Alternative DVI mode' setting.

After investigating the registry changes under Win8.1 by flip-flopping that alternative DVI mode checkbox, I came up with this solution:

Computer must be restarted after changing either way. Could be there is no need for the ...\ControlSet001\... settings, but I didn't tried without it.

Works for me under Windows 10.

I have a rx 5700 and can i use OnnA s 1.9.7.5 tweak. When i use i got stuttering and green videos on web browser. When i delete hw acceleration part on tweak it is gone but still stuttering. I really want to use RadeonMod on rx 5700. Is there will be possible?

 

Try to not mess with a lot of settings
Some of them are (old?) obsolete now, and can cause some issues.
Remeber to save Your settings before Tweaking -> it can help when you run into issues.

Im not using any of Video Tweaks, besides those present in Relive or CCC (Yes i have CCC + Mom installed for Gamma settings |AMD-Catalyst-15.11.1Beta-Nov14|).

 

Where can i find compatible reg file for my rx 5700? I have some micro stuttering and need a tool or reg file for smooth gaming, this is my first amd card and i love to tweak it. Xtreme-G drivers better than stock for now.

Thanks, fixed i dont know how but i have smooth play now. Only problem now if i change something in adrenalin settings and next restart in device manager i got code 31. Everytime i m installing driver manuelly in device manager. It is better than nothing.

 

Try to run AMD setup as Admin, then go for Upgrade (Beta drv.) or Clean Install (if WHQL)
If You can do not use DDU, thanks to this You have Profiles in Relive as before.

Try to go Default first, make Restore point and try my Reg Mod (or do it manual in RadeonMOD)

Now that RIS (Radeon Image Sharpening) has been enabled for Vega GPUs, is it possible to get this to work on Radeon APUs like the 2400G? The 2400G is a Vega 11 APU part that would benefit enormously from RIS as down-sampling is essential to run just about any game that's newer then ten years old... Or is there just no the hardware features needed on Vega 11 to support RIS?

 

I installed relive yet but i m using ddu and messed up with registry may be it is the problem but i tried system recovery. I m using Xtreme-G drivers from reddit but maybe windows installing some drivers manually because Xtereme one is not signed driver i dont know but i m thankfull i discovered here.

 

I am using rx560 and wanna use THAT twik. Can somebady told me HOW to use that - AnisoDegree_SET to set on HIGH sharpnes? Becouse in DX11 Loadadj doesnt working! But AnisoDegree_SET should work! Please i understand the meanins that 3136 -it is x16. But HOW to use much MORE? Hot to use x64-x128 x256?!?!?!?!

Hi) Please explain, why in your reg file vsync have this values? "Main3D_DEF"="3" is Dynamic sync and its now work or i am wrong? And waht mean "Main3D"=hex:33,00,00,00 default values is 0x3000,0x3100,0x3200 or 0, 1, 2?
