Just cleaned installed 19.9.3 using DDU on safe mode to wipe out the previous one.
I'm seeing the same thing, in my case WattMan is showing a maximum default Freq/Volt curve of 1999 MHz @ 1178 mV:

    And a minimum of 800 MHz @ 681 mV:

Yeah, you gotta create it manually after deleting the invalid one. In case you wanna create your own .reg file to merge it:

Then restart your system, and you'll see the value it gets while Chill is disabled is 0x00000001 (1).

Hope it helps, and sorry for the double post.

Ok is true friend, I cannot believe that even in the drivers they (M$FT) try to earn more money this seems to have no end; I hope that spend this fortune there on Mars some day...

Talking about clock and voltage target for 5700(XT).
I have power efficient profile with 1950MHz @ 1.1V +20% Power Limit. Card boosts over 2GHz anyway as it likes.
That's why I call it target.

Do you need a +20% limit for that? should work fine with 0%.

As I understand the invalid makes it run all the time.

Yes, it is for borderline micro cases when clock would be limited because power draw was too big in measurement window. Same as with GCN hitting power limit wall.

For this key it is reversed so you need 1

Normally 0 is off or disabled this key is switched so 1 is off. That is why I explicitly stated to set it to 1.

OMFG 2 5700 xt's do not play well together. This is by far the worst I have encountered with 2 gpus. JUST OMFG is all I can say...then again it could bve just the temps on the 2nd gpu...about to through my hands up in the air. When I can get it to work...it is nice.

Oh and the reason they do no crossfire is no profiles nothing more then that.

Crossfire is "EOL" starting from Radeon VII and later gpus (like Navi).

Officially dead for DX11 and older APIs. Only vulkan and dx12 are alive with their own integrated mGPU technology and support.

Only EOL gpus like Polaris and first Gen Vega or earlier still have support for older games. Profiles are never gonna be released again, as AMD mentioned, it's over for them, it is up to the developer and capable APIs.

This chill bug exist since which version? Im currently on 19.6.3, 19.9.3 wasnt mantaining the same fps for Paladins. Maybe performance regression before Polaris too? R7 260 over here.

You seem to "joke" every time someone reports an issue or criticizes anything AMD.

Hey guys, I have 2x Gigabyte VEGA64 Gaming OC in CF mode, just install 19.3.3 and all went well, CF is enabled according to both Radeon Setting and GPU-Z. One thing was apparently missing though, RIS isn't present in Radeon Setting.....whaddupwiddat? RIS isn't supported with CF systems? My main rig with just a single PC VEGA64 Red Devil has RIS present, so I need some confirmation that my CF rig isn't an isolated case.

It's under the display settings with the color depth and such in Radeon Settings not the main GPU settings and overrides for whatever reason. :)
(Maybe due to it being possible to also use as a upscaling filter?)

Yes, I believe that's where I saw it on my single VEGA64 rig, but it ain't showing up on my CF rig though....

Ah I see I am not certain about Crossfire but seeing how it's a sharpening effect I didn't expect multi-GPU configurations to be a issue but maybe AMD hasn't added this as supported yet then if it's missing and it's not just because it's under another tab in the program, I learned something then if that's the case.

Hopefully that gets resolved then, I am fairly certain the downsampling technique for VSR is available under CFX so upscaling and the sharpening shader should be possible but might not be set up then in these current drivers I'll need to see if there's any confirmation about that.
