No problems with these drivers so far. The sharpen filter is nice for Vulkan and dx12 games.

Unreal Tournament (newest) is infinitely better with these drivers than any previous, for me (@ 4k/120hz). I'm actually a better player as a result!

Then somethings wrong with your OS because a folder that needs to exist doesn't.

    Check again

    c:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs\

wait, people play this dead game?

Thats odd, I have absolutely no issue with MSI's with this driver.

There are also people reporting issues with this game, and some of them i doubt even know what MSI's are....

The nvcp uses the UCRT exclusively, only GFE has a requirement of the VisualC runtime, and neither require dotnet.

The control panel and driver code set that controls this hardware integer scaler feature weren't ready at the time Turing gpu's were released.

... why do i either bother replying to AMD fantwits, anyone who uses slurrish names for a company is just a halfwit anyway.

It's got nothing to do with his card.

For those who reported that nVidia control panel is not working, it is just because you have deleted the telemetry service file_DisplayDriverRAS.dll

I restored the file, and the control panel is working again!

So nvidia wanna force telemetry on us? is that even legal?

Tell the game devs you want it fixed.

Played LoL TFT and then No Man's Sky all last night on this driver after they re-updated it.

Not a single issue but some lag in NMS but i think that's just my system struggling to match my 75Hz monitor.

Guys i see the new low latency mode but on an old system like mine is it even worth using/trying?

I did a quick test with MSI mode on my GTX 1080 and freesync display in Remnant from the ashes, low latency is set to off.
I made sure I was not CPU or GPU limited by standing still and looking at the ground, the gpu usage was around 70% while the cpu was well below 50% on each core. I got the exact same frametime variance between 15.6 ms and 17.1 ms before and after enabling MSI.

The DPC latency went up by 14u after disabling MSI mode.
The PC was rebooted between the tests.

I also played some Overwatch with low latency on ultra earlier today with MSI enabled, I encountered no stuttering whatsoever.

It probably still is. After all, you have to agree to terms when downloading / installing them. I haven't read those, but I'm fairly sure it's in there some where, knowing how companies handle those things these days.

    Seriously?

-if the change is between 431.70 and 436.02 of course its a driver issue

and Volta is often in Multi GPU systems.

Again... that is nvidia issue. We can just use windows insider driver to get way less visible bug. You saying that all the time will not change the reality of the thing.
MK 11 is nvidia issue, not MK 11 dev team.

Good. And...what about DiRT Rally 2.0 crowd shadows issue?, even with a 2080ti at 1080p got drops at 45 fps on crowded areas. The only way to solve this issue is disabling crowd shadows. AMD donĀ“t have this issue with their graphic cards, so seems to be driver issue.

So 10 percent reduction average to gaming fps with 436.2 on Gtx 1080. Back to 431.70 and increase back to normal fps.

Is it possible to set the new, low latency mode, through Nvidia Inspector, I have the Orbmu2k version, and I can only change this setting through the NVCPL.
Nvidia Inspector will probably need an update to support this flag?

    *edit*
Never mind, there is a flag now in Nvidia Inspector called FRL Low Latency,
    this needs to be 1.
Then setting the pre render frame limit to 1 is now Ultra low and 2 is On, 3 is off

It will be a bit hard to get this looked into. Titan V was never marketed towards gaming (as far as I recall we did not provide review samples to traditional PC gaming publications). One way i could have our software team to look into this is if you could record trace logs with driver 431.60 and and 436.02 in a game where you are seeing a major performance difference. I would need about a minutes worth per driver where you can see a difference in performance. Then I could ask our DX/OpenGL or Vulkan engineers review the logs and see why there is a gap. This FAQ explains how to capture trace logs. https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3507

You can send the trace logs to driverfeedback@nvidia.com

Thank you, I can do that with 431.70 and then the 436.02
