You don't have Zen2, which means you don't need any ryzen power settings. The default power settings from microsoft if you are running an updated windows 10 already include the previous ryzen power settings.
https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570 1.8.19.0915 is out. EDIT: Looks like the RAID driver is updated too and at version 9.2.0.127 uploaded August 19th as well. EDIT: Seemed important from a number of aspects such as fixes, performance and functionality unlike Intel's chipset stuff mainly being INF files though for full effect and especially on the Zen2 processors and Ryzen 3000 lineup it should likely be paired with whatever latest available bios is available for the motherboard and the newest AGESA components at I think it's 1.0.0.3ABB but support and frequency of bios updates can vary. No changelog on AMD's site but there might be some information from AMD reps on other sites for some insight into what this has resolved over the previous driver. EDIT: Ah so there is a RTF file in the archive for release notes.
