So guys please excuse me I do not know the diffrence between the 2, Right now we have the Regular version of the xbox one (blk) what is the diffrence between the S model all I can see its white instead of black lol. Ours is messed-up not reading Discs at all anymore so I wanted to get another one to replace it but....Seeing the X model is alot more expensive I have to go with the S model. So its basicly same thing right s and regular?

Thanks guys and sorry for bad spelling english is not my native Language. Cheers dudes. Nick Z.

The xbox one S has a UHD blu-ray player. The original does not

Thats the ONLY diffrence? Hardware is exactly the same? I see it has the power-brick built-in unlike the original version according to the specs. So gaming wise I will NOT notice anything diffrent? I have a 4k Tv iam running it on LG 61 inch. Id like to get the X model but too much $$$. Thanks bro.

Yeah power brick is internal too but other than that everything is the same. I traded my original for the S strictly for the UHD player.

If you don't have a 4k tv then go for the S model, it is the same are your present model, but has a UHD drive, and supports Bluetooth controllers, and Atmos, plus if you ever get a 4k hdr tv the S will support it with 4k hdr movies, 4k hdr streaming appsand 4k hdr upscaled games.

Game are the same, it's not the boost that will do something that can be seen.

Also the one S get rid of the kinnect (but there is a tweak to use it even on one X)
And despite the PSU is in the console and the boost, the one S is more cool... and this is cool :)
