    What about tessellation?
"Benchmark tessellation load modified by AMD Catalyst driver, result invalid. Check your video driver settings."

The best is w/OFF (This is only for Max FPS Output)
~28k with Tess x8 (My Gaming Default to avoid TessClusterF*unk :p)
    1500pts for Tess OFF

I've noticed very recently 'Telemetry' was running on my windows 7 system, on a clean SP1 install, with updates off... Did it come in these drivers???

Been getting numerous black screen freezes in Rocket League since installing this driver, tried uninstalling driver and using DDU before re-installing driver, but same issue.

First install I tried anti-lag option for Rocket League profile and activated performance metrics, which resulted in lots of stutter, using default driver settings so far for second driver install. Still on Windows 10 1809.

I will do some more testing after my 3700X or 3900X arrives (im not decided which one to pick yet)
Im leaning towards 3700X cuz' it's 65tW and can go up to 4.3 -4.4GHz on water (i have CM Nepton 280L)
Then i will try to break 30k :p (with Tess x8)

I always run without AMD Settings (display driver only), but I wanted to try the new "anti-lag" feature and suffice to say Tekken 7 became a stuttery mess.

Try with RTSS or FRT at 60-61FPS w/Anti-Lag

That's for the x570 chipset only, I believe.

Something I'm running must be interfering with the install, because of the 4 attempts I have made so far to install these drivers, 3 times the system actually locked me out of Windows--once it was so bad I couldn't even access safe mode and the boot partition was damaged! Had to repair it to get back into Windows10, v1903, build 18362.1000. Only one time did it install and run correctly, when I did a clean install. I've a 5700XT Anni Ed coming, so I need to get the dirver installed and running! OTOH, 19.6.3 installs perfectly every time!

Yes and no. Most likely it was released because of x570 release but driver installed fine on my x470 platform.

Interesting--the AMD site ties it directly to the x570--but that's good that you've been able to do that, I suppose. Unintended utility is always nice!

No, honestly, reinstalling Windows10x64 is something I never do as most problems if not all of them are entirely correctable without the reinstalling rigamarole, as in a "clean install", imo. But--the problem has been fixed! I discovered that the original 19.7.1's had no RX-590 driver install .inf onboard! Can you believe that? Played sheer havoc in my system as it was trying to install the Microsoft Basic Graphics Adapter driver!...Arghghghghhh. Pretty strange error to make, imo. Anyway, went to the AMD drivers & software forum page and discovered some very valuable news--AMD re-released the 19.7.1 drivers on 7/8 that corrected the 590 .inf problem, they claimed, but without telling anyone except those few people inside that particular thread! They didn't even change the date of the release to 7/8--to tip people off that this wasn't the same driver released on 7/7. And, in the "fixed issues" portion of the read.me--no mention is made of the fact the new drivers now include the install.inf for the RX-590! It's exactly like they were trying to "cover it up" quickly-- *snicker* So all is well now, but I wasted a lot of time on something so trivial and yet so basic--cannot figure how the driver install .infs for the other AMD products made it into the 19.7.1--just not the RX-590!

19.7.1 drivers installed flawlessly after that, of course. I know it was a very busy week for AMD, so I can cut them some slack. This isn't their norm, thankfully.
