Currently with overclock, it has the same performance as a 1660 ti, but I was seeing that the Vega 56 is a bit more powerful. I could change one for the other, in the store where I bought it.
The bad thing is that the Vega 56 is a reference model and I would have to do undervolt and some retouching. It should also be a bit noisy.

Another bad thing is that in emulators like Cemu, the Vega 56 has a very bad performance.
I could not play Zelda BOTW anymore. Currently my gtx 1660 does not exceed 60ยบ and it is the quietest thing I had so far.

    What do you think?

I think you answered your own question. Those are all valid points to stay with the 1660.

One question tho, what else are you playing?

unless you plan on installing linux for the superior open source Opengl driver, stick with the 1660.

It has been said a couple of times here, but stick with the 1660.

There are games on that list that Vega 56 will murder 1660, its actually faster than 1660ti across the board. In Rage 2 and Vulkan games its matching even 2060.

    Choose wisely.

Sekiro is static 60fps on 1660 and I beat Zelda BotW on a 650 Ti @1080p. 1660 is enough for you.

1660 may be "slower", but it's way more stable product than the Vega 56 to be honest. The Vega GPU's seemed like an experiment from from AMD to see how way faster GPU's than they normally do would behave to take a step from there on future products.
