What's the news? Where is a before and after to validate? This isn't news, it is a post with an unverified claim. Don't take offense but the only time I've seen a massive perf "increase" that test, is using the LOD cheat.

    + 21.0 % 157.35 fps

I agree....but that is not my purpose. Others will eventual provide that. But what I am seeing is a 4 - 5 FPS across the board uplift with min, average, and max FPS

There is not LOD Cheat not any other cheats.. Let me show results of pretty much the same from prior to me installing 1903 and not.

I am sorry people are taking offense with my posting this but that is life. But yes it is news, I waited more then week to publish it. I am sorry your Whatever GPU is getting hammered as that is not my issue nor what I am showing But people only show testing or provide real information.

I dont believe any such penalty exists

Run it again at stock, no special hbm timings and no extra power headroom.

Ha here you go...this is prior to 1903 Check out the Physics Test and Combined Test. Sorry but at 37% uplift is not considered a penalty.

    You posted 3 scores.

I am not very good at maths, so I could be wrong here. I see zero difference.

Let's just close this thread and call it a day.

Seeing these scores made me realize how big of a bottleneck my i5-4670k really is. lol.

What is your OC profile setup for such high GPU score?

This appears to show the same score/run as your original post, but in the comparison format. Maybe the second score didn't come through on the link? Impressive score. I don't hit 23000 with my i7-7700K @5.0 and 1080Ti. I don't get over 19000 with my 2700X/Vega 64 but it's in a mini ITX board so I don't expect much. I never broke 19000 with a i7-7700K /Vega 64 either.
Don't apologize. You did nothing wrong. I'm excited to hear this long promised update to fix the penalty is coming. I'm a register windows insider but I don't install the preview builds often. This one I think I will have to.
    Thanks for the post.

look at the link. It is compare link for: /fs/19304391/fs/19293120 and /fs/19304391/fs/19293021
If you have trouble opening them, just look for each separately.

I still see same score on both links, but maybe I'm doing something wrong :D

Trying out 1903 my physics and combined score climbed noticeably but still nowhere near op. The gpu score is down a bit because I've underclocked the card by 50Mhz. Methinks shenanigans are going on to get that gpu score with a Vega 64. The CPU score is also pretty massive but doable on liquid. My 2700x was at stock btw.
