    Good card. I start seeing very small artifacts at 1120mhz so I keep it at 1100. As far as undervolting I've learned the card is just avg. Anything higher than 1712mhz undervolting crashes. After that I have to go stock or overvolt... Can pull good speeds(1730s) but need water, heats to much. Heres at 1712mhz on P7

    I'm almost giving up tweaking my Vega 64 and I'll use it as stock.

    Damn... at the current settings, I successfully did:
    - Run 50x Metro Exodus Benchmark DX11;
    - Run 50x Metro Exodus Benchmark DX12;
    - TimeSpy/FireStrike for about 30min/1h loop;
    - Superposition...

    Then, when I'm playing R6 Siege (the game I play the most), eventually I got a driver crash/reset.. sometimes I'm able to play 4~5 Ranked straight, sometimes it crashes at the first round.. its driving me crazy!

    settings:
    GPU: 59º at max, avg 50º
    HotSpot: 70º max
    Core Clock gaming: 1650Mhz
    250w peak
    19.4.2 Driver

    Try:

    1658MHz (at Your V)
    Mem at 1080MHz or 1050MHz with 975-987mV
    0 or +5% POW

    Set Top FPS at Your Monitors Hz, do not generate more FPS if You can't see it ;)
    Shold be at 150-180tW

    UPD.
    Use Chill at 100-144Hz or 75-144Hz :cool:
    Enchanced Sync ON, FRT or RTSS

    I'll try these later, ty. I was upping the voltage after each crash, next step I would lower mem clock. I just wanted to share my frustation.. lol
    Maybe its something related to game engine (more sensitive to oc/uv).

    Actually, I have an LG 34UC79 144Hz, so I think thats the reason I'm getting such high chip power.

    I had same issues. Fought with this card over and over. Definitely a great card if your willing to tweak and put in the time. One thing I found out for myself is I stopped messing with the P0-P5 states and it helped alot with finding stable settings. And I also found that anything past 1650-1670 in game required me to go to stock voltage with Power Limit set high or overvolt with Power Limit set high. I've had card stable at 1700s in game but heat makes temps climb and then throttling starts. Needs water for 1700+ really. And anything over 1630s you wont notice in most games.

    Heres what I have everyday stuff:
    Stock P0-P3
    P4-1202@1025
    P5-1402@1025
    P6-1637@1025
    P71702@1140(testing 1722mhz now)

    PL-50%

    HBM-1100@1025

    Every bench/game, maxed out settings, stable for loops and game play 2-3hrs

    Fan curve keeps card 65-68c under heavy load 2+hrs (Doom, Div2,) stable at 1640s

    So far at P7@ 1722 I can pull 1663-1670 in game. But dont notice any change in game play. just few FPS more.(ex. Div2 (96fps vs 99fps) Timespy (Grapic Score 7993 vs 8013)

    MrPhilo from www.overclock.net.

    Can someone confirm that using Display Port 1.2 it uses less power than HDMI 2.0 (by quite a bit).

    Time Spy Graphic 1 2560 x 1440p Loop Test

    Display Port 1.2 : 189-197 watt
    HDMI 2.0 (No Freesync): 240 watt+
    HDMI 2.0 (Freesync): 240 watt+

    I used AMD own Overlay to capture the watt and my GPU does get around 10-15c hotter using HDMI.

    Hi guys. I got a new Asus Vega64. VRM temp goes to 92 when running fire strike extreme stress test and i get a score of 97.1%. GPU temp 65~66
    My settings are:
    Power Limit +50%
    HBM 1000Mhz 1000mV
    P5 1402Mhz 970mV
    P6 1537Mhz 1000mV
    P7 1632Mhz 1060mV

    Is there anything i can do to fix this?

    Floor & HBM2 Temps are most important.
    Try 1050MHz at 937-975mV
    Do not exceed 975mV for HBM2 aka Infinity fabric.
