use the google drive link and run the setup.exe, Infinite7's upload may be incomplete for some devices.

    No, I'm not.
Even if you add it will say that the following file has exceeded it's download quota / if you attempt to sync it will give you an error.

Thank you @endbase, however, some people couple of pages ago already uploaded it. Appreciated regardless! :)

Ah, thank you. That worked perfectly.

Seems the file from the link in post #1 is some 327 MB in size whereas the Google one is over 520 MB so maybe some files where missing after all?

Whatever, it worked and it is so much easier to install a driver using a Setup launcher. All installed now and WDDM shows as 2.6 in DXDiag.

I wonder why there's no DCH version, especially since it's distributed via windows update by default.

interesting. anyone here plays fortnite or pubg/other UE4 games and encountered any issues at all with 430.00 driver?

also, is there any difference between win10 1809 + this driver vs latest win10 1903 + this driver? do you need latest win10 for the wddm 2.6 thing?

perhaps a stupid question, but im not well informed on WDDM :)

    cheers

Also wondering the same. I had to switch back to non-DCH to pick up this driver. I'm assuming Nvidia's next official release will be WDDM 2.6 so DCH will be available then.

Yes & Yes based on my testing. I have a GTX1070 & W10 1809, difference in performance is within margin of error, within 0.5% in 3DMark benchmarks. So my assumption is that Windows 1903 is required to see the performance gains people have reported in earlier pages.

Driver is very stable though, just as the previous drivers, so give it a test on your system if you want and report back.

Still on 1809 (17763.404) and went from 95fps (425.11) to 90 in Forza Horizon 4.
    3DMark score is also down.
Haven't tested further and went back to 425.11

Same in World of Warcraft, game crashed after a few hours (2-3) of game play due to Memory leak(RAM). Had to switch back to 425.11 too.

Could you please pass me the modified .inf?
I used one but I got an error when I was halfway through the installation (logically I started in a way that doesn't require digital signatures).
