Apex Legends TITANFALL

I read they already banned 16000 cheaters.

One of the reasons why i don't play PvP (in any game).

 

Well on a side note since the game is f2p then they have nothing to lose.

 

The title is wrong.

The game is called Apex Legends.

where titanfall came from?

 

The thread was created before it was known that the game was not a Titanfall game, although it is apparently set in the Titanfall universe.

I tried the game again and then when a match ended I went off to get a drink then come back and it said lost connection to server, I then exited the game and this popped up....

 

Where do I look to see what a new update contains on Origin? is there like a change log page somewhere hidden on Origin?

 

It's funny, looks like titanfall 2 is selling like hot pancakes in the wake of Apex legend.

 

Good for them tbh. Not that it matters anymore as they're an EA studio now but EA screwed their launch back then so there's that.

 

I have seen this video go around bunch of websites. I am not buying it because my friends and I never had issues (beside the lag at launch due to volume). I will still check out the video to see what the person is talking about.

 

Shroud is straight up dirty with it. This game was designed for him lol

I learned about this from PC Gaming reddit, if you type +twitch_prime_linked 1 in the launch options for the game, you will get some lootboxes for free and a skin.

Yup the post above worked for me.

 

So since the game is "Free" I feel that we're the guinea pigs as well. Kinda like Steam's early access where you pay for alpha/beta builds lol. Worked fine the first week for me minus only keeping 417.7x drivers. Anything above 418.xx and 419.xx will cause it to crash. Now it just ctd randomly and I've received maybe 2-3 patches, so somewhere in there its whats messing it up but at the same time barely little to no testing on their part?

 

From what I understand it is a known issue with Nvidia's new RTX cards, Nvidia should be releasing a proper fix via a driver update.

 

Still leaves the random crash to desktop with no errors pop-ups. I get that the game just came out and whatnot but it does suck when you're doing good in game and just disappears. Then you start to question everything, if its the game, OS, drivers, overclocks, configurations hahaha

 

It crashed for me last night also without error, on a GTX card.

 

This is a good bit of gameplay, watching Shroud makes my eyes feel funny, sometimes it's like wtf he is moving too fast......

 

All I can say is that the 417.75 and .79 drivers have prevented crashes, for me at least. Sure, I don't play that much but when I do it never crashes.
