Looks like now Bethesda is banning players that craft items fast... legitimately crafting items I might add, these players are not cheating, just crafting at a speed Bethesda think is "Too Fast".......
@Cronik It's gotten much better over the years, but it certainly was not the commercial success they wanted it to be initially. The first few years were full of problems.
first impressions and all, once it launched in a horrible state that was it for most players does not matter what comes after far as they are concerned. If they had not rushed ESO to market and had QA it and tweaked it, they could have saved that game. But this is also a debate around MMOs and games as a service where the games change drastically over the course of months and years if you should re-review some titles periodically. I know a few covered warframe after it had a few expansions released. But it is not done too often or for too many games.
Dodged a bullet with this game if it was on steam I would have purchased hoping they eventually get this game sorted
Even if it was on Steam, I wouldn't bother. Same reason I've never played ESO. It's just not what I want in a game. I like both the Fallout and Elder Scrolls series. But, on my own.
Lol ... they'd get rid of more copies if they bundled it with WD C'mon Beth, make it f2p already so I can download it on my ps4 and crash the servers with nukes and duping
all these outlets trying to give the game away, rumors of special training to employees to handle angry customers and how to handle them, the only thing would keep his game on a lifeline is if it is free to dl and play, the cash shop was already priced like a free to play game anyway it was ridiculous they wanted 60 for this thing period. refund everyone or give them one of those sexy canvas bags or something that payed for the thing.
I can see Seagates laywers getting in touch with the store to stop them giving away free copies of F76 with their hdd as it taints their brand. Lol
It's obvious the game wasn't a super high priority. As instead of Bethesda's main studio working on it, they farmed it out to the new Bethesda Austin studio. Who's only "history" was the now canceled BattleCry game. Meanwhile Tom's studios works on Starfield. They were trying to capitalize on the popularity of Fallout and their Elder Scrolls Online game. They just didn't give it enough time in the oven, have the right studio working on it... and understand what people wanted from an online Fallout game.
todd is an amazing liar he should have been a politician. but todd is smart enough to lest pay lip service to fan criticism, he has rarely attacked the fans, he is a top notch pr man used car salesman.
Apparently they banned someone who has been playing (10 hours a day!) since launch because they saw his inventory and thought he was duping lol. https://www.reddit.com/r/fo76/comments/as0aea/banned_im_the_900_hours_played_guy/
10 hours a day since launch......they might be doing them a favour banning them, 10 hours every day, they must has the equivalent to bed sores on their backside.
