Using this driver on my VII, playing Metro at Ultra setting, Advanced PhysX enabled, only setting I'd not enabled are nVidia Proprietary stuff, like Hairworks and other stuff, res is at 3440x1440. Getting about 50+fps to 90+fps, runs surprisingly smooth actually......

RX 480 user, I am having fan problems for the past 5-6 drivers. Wattman settings are acting weird since Zero RPM option came, and my card's own fan setting, which includes zero RPM already, doesn't work, either.

Afterburner and Trixx are also not able to set/force new fan driver. When I use them, fans stay slow for a long time and the game starts to slow, then eventually crashes.

Maxed out, ultra custom with hbao+ full, 2560*1080, I have average of 30 fps like stuck there most of the time. I don't know if it has something to do with vsync from full screen. I've never passed 40 fps and minimum fps are 20.

I do not know if it is near normal for my gpu, many people suggesting normal graphics setting for 580/1060 if you use more than 1920*1080. I await for guru3d benchmarks.

So, you have weak CPU. On top of that you select unreasonably high details because you would have low fps anyway?

Do you know what happens as result? Part of workload is CPU limited, Other part of Workload is GPU limited. But they do not overlap. Therefore you have 2 different situation groups from which you suffer.

Expecting anything good from intentionally making your situation worse, again?

Hes stuck at FM2+ so his upgrade path is dead. Im sure that 390X is much more capable than what hes getting. Athlon X4 cpu i think are even slower than grandpa Phenom II.

Guys... i have issues with my Vega64 Watercooled on this card.
Came from 19.1.1 and updated to 19.2.2 by Reinstalling via Setup.

But no matter what game i get HUGE Core clock drops.
You can see the Temperature dropping quickly, with FPS and core Clock...
Obviously this happens ingame too and not because of Furmark ;) https://i.imgur.com/1Xq6SOd.jpg

This does NOT happen on 19.1.1: (both on STOCK settings)

Even when overclocking to the Limit there is no issue!

Anyone has similar issues or heard of someone whos plagued by the same thing?

The framerate in your first picture seems to be limited to 60 fps, unlike your second and third picture.

    Added:
Perhaps you have v-sync enabled or maybe Frame Rate Target Control is enabled under Gaming/Global Settings or Gaming/(specific game)?
Rivatuner Statistics Server can also limit your FPS to chosen values, too.

so when can we finally expect the promised integration of the RyZEN Mobile APUs into the driver? It's even worse than pre-18.12 driver as now the Vega8 Vega10 and Vega11 entries are missing completely from the drivers....

You don't need drivers to play all games at low settings 720p. All games are capable of it. ;)

In 19.1.1 and 19.2.2 I have dropped Gpu clock because of a file AMDRSServ.exe(Radeon Settings Host Service) who in the same time "eat" Gpu time.
In games the Gpu clock remain blocked at 300MHz,after killing that file with Task manager, the Gpu clock is back in full state.(Its "nice" to play Witcher 3,FO4 or else at 300MHz with max 29fps)
(ofc I undevolt and underclock the Gpu)

It's not THAT bad though. You can still do 40-60+ fps in most games with top X4 (860K or 845 for example), bar a few very CPU intensive ones (like total war).

2nd picture is Apex Legends. Not embedded but direct link to image.

I seriously hope FRTC isn't limited by Default!
I'm using a 144hz Screen and Vsync is deactivated most of the time. So that really shouldn't be a problem.
Besides I got over 80 fps in Apex Legends.
The only thing I might think of would be Radeon Chill....
But again I seriously hope that is NOT acrivated by standard on new 19.2.2 drivers.
I don't use Rivatuner FPS limiter so that's not active.

I'm playing Metro Exodus and frame rates 40-50FPS are very stuttering. Even with FreeSync :/
    Otherwise it looks OK.

Apex Legends has an FPS limit of ~144 you need to have a command line argument to unlock it.
    +fpsmax unlimited

I'm still getting Radeon Settings silent crashes that started with 19.2.1 and seems to occur after waking from sleep.
