Terry Makedon said 1 hour, lol.

    Thanks anyway.

Installed, now lets see if this Apex Legends is a good F2P game to pass the time.

Yeah probably a newer branch for the 19H1 build of Windows 10 but it'll be merged in eventually though maybe not until that's out in mid to late March assuming it's still on track.
(Still some GSOD issues and other problems but there is room for at least 4 - 6 additional builds for February assuming they speed it up with around 2 builds per week.)

EDIT: So a strong entry from NVIDIA with 418.81 and now also a new driver from AMD. Nice!

EDIT: And nothing in the profile file stands out although there is a PXDynamic profile for Titanfall Apex compared to 19.1.2 when comparing the two.

Anthem was already running better on AMD, besides AMD probably won't show an increase in driver notes until release. Those benchmarks are garbage btw, there's no way the LC version would be that much faster in 1080p. Also don't post inline images like that, either use spoiler tag or just post the link. This thread is about 19.2.1 drivers, not Anthem, it makes it extremely annoying when people want to view other messages they have to scroll more than necessary.

Open demo vs VIP demo does not bring any fps boost for my RX580.
Not to mention that all CPU cores were under 100% load for few seconds every time I entered the fort.
Btw. where is the fps comparison between VIP demo and Open demo?

Long time reader, first time poster. Hello everybody.
My r9 390 died a week ago and i replaced it with a rx580. Not much faster but way less noise under load and a little bit less power consumption.

My expirience with this new beta driver are instand freezes when i use the memory timing button within wattman. this is with default frequency. it worked perfectly fine with the last driver. i used to had it at timing 1 with full overclocked memory (2250mhz).
Any advise to avoid the problem beside "dont touch, just sniff" :)

    In addition:
    - BF5 outlines still not fixed even though it says so in the changelog
    - Alt+Tab out of fullscreen game still has the monitor go black for a second

Nobody needs zero fan. Especially those who edit fan curves. Stop spamming. AMD is not offering zero fan functionalities, AIB does that through card bios and 3rd party applications.

Exactly. Personally I only accept having less than 21-30 Celsius degrees in both my gpu and cpu when idle. And in common use, even hardware accelerated videos and browsing stuff, no more than 33-42 degrees Celsius max.
