My Thread was UPDATED with new BFV/BF1 Tweak :D

For those that have silent Crash to desktop (no it's not drivers fault).
BF1 as well as BFV have problems with memory allocation:

Make Page File size - Min. 1280 Max. 16384
Download this little tool -> https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1256#p3241
Set Purge when lower than 1024MB, when surpass 4096MB
    Done, no more Crashes.

Ah, I did not think it that way. So if I upgrade This R9 Nano to Vega series its working then? To get that 6880x2880 resolution working? Or 50% increase?

I will have to check if there's any info available on AMD's 21:9 3440x1440 resolution for VSR since I am using 16:9 (2560x1440 native.) myself and I am not sure where it would cap out at for 21:9 but if 5120x2880 is still around the max for the hardware it might not be a very large increase in total.

5160x2160 at a 50% increase (3440x1440 at 1.5x) would be good if it's supported though but I'll have to check and see if there's any more precise info on what it's scaling to. :)

Full 100% increase would be even better but I think it's beyond what Vega can support.

EDIT: Well that didn't help much, 2560x1080 supports 1.5x and 2x (50% and 100%) but so far I've found no posts on 3440x1440 other than the driver release notes now noting support for it but no further details as to what that entails in terms of scaling and overall resolution increase.

I've had pretty bad luck with the recent 3 updates, this driver resulted in the 3D engine of my Vega 64 not kicking into gear (about 450MHz-900MHz) when I play games, and even when the GPU hit 50C or higher, the fan didn't kick into action. As a result, framerate during UT3 was all over the shop, and was mostly a stuttering mess. I tried using MSI AB to enable custom fan speed but that didn't work, so I gave up and uninstalled everything. I reinstalled 18.12.1.1 + MSI AB and everything was back to normal, custom fan setting stuck and UT3 framerate during gameplay returned to normal, that is, it was buttery smooth.

any driver 18.12 and newer still has random ctd. i can be idle for an hour or in the middle of a game, just feels like a memory leak. i reverted back to 18.10.3 and no issues,

These cosmetic bugs are just so annoying. ##ID_STRING16## bug has been around for over a year now, update still recommends 18.12.2 and the HD audio bus message still occasionally shows up.

my fix for this and a couple other games was adding a small hard drive (had a 64gig ssd laying around) and putting page file on it and let windows have free reign. now ive yet to have issues

The notification bug is still there and annoying. Not critical by any means, just irritating. I indeed already have 19.1.1, I don't need it again. Even turning off the notification fly out, the red marker is still there when I open Radeon Settings. Mocking me. Grrr.

1480/2000 Level 2. Get better result with level 2. I want to increase the memory clock but I get much worse performance. What voltage do you use for the memory?

    Automatic 2200mhz
    Level 1 2100mhz
    Level 2 2000mhz

Out of those three level 1 gives the best performance for me atleast. Im using 1.150 for the memory. No errors from hwinfo.

    What cheating. No tessellation?
