speaking of it, thats no different than branded specific machine right ?
the only different is brand/label on machine or not

 

its only the motherboard, u can change everything else,hdd,gpu,ram including CPU
i tried it myself, and the oem license actived just fine

 

You can yes but it will tell you that you can upgrade to Pro

 

I'm running windows 7 on a 1950x threadripper and also a 8700k, both were pretty easy and run flawlessly, microsoft puts out a lot of FUD about it along with the usual fanboy FUD on the various forums, I did try win10 on both machines but 7 runs just as fast and is actually faster in some areas but not by a lot.

 

I think I will contact support, I could really use those keys right now lol, I got them so cheap that I didn't bother contacting them before, the phone activation didn't work for me, I bought 2 win7 ultimate and one win8.1 pro.

 

Had to enter the key twice, to activate.

 

nope now it told you that you SHOULD upgrade to Pro and keep your windows unactivated (have done a licence mistake after fresh install on one of my PC last month)

 

Exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Just bought a W10 pro license fro them.
