1st quick impression from 1809 + 416.16! Games especially with DX12 run silky smooth (smoother than ever before) and stability is OK so far in 2D/3D modes. I'll keep testing some games for more specific metrics and report back! :)

Maybe "standard" as in non-beta or not a hotfix or something like that:confused:

To be correct, SLI in DX12 games is technically called Multi-GPU. It's supported by the engine itself.

It's been officially out for everyone through WU for a couple of days now. Same RTM build was available like three weeks earlier. They didn't even release any patches for it yet.

Use media creation tool if you don't want to wait:

1809 is not even showing for me yet. Just did a manual update check and still nothing. Maybe the UK hasn't had it yet?

500 series support was dropped a while ago with r395 I think.

Guess will try this set out once 1809 is installed.

PS: just ignore that genius... makes forums much more pleasant read ;)

Same here, clicked the update button & no new update came through. I'm in the UK. I'll prob wait for it to update on it's own, some horror stories of Documents going missing & stuff.
