I have very bad allergies,High blood pressure also but the headache thing sometimes is so bad I feel like my eyeballs are going to pop-out! Other times it will hurt in the forehead area which isnt so bad I can deal with those!

I live a somewhat healthy lifestyle and lift & constraining everyday basicly for the past 3+ years but ....I do love to eat that is my downfall lol. What advice can you give me for this headache problem? Cut down the sugar also? Thank you gurus.

Headache can be high blood pressure, cut out energy drink, caffeine, salt, and start eating things like celery, beetroot and drink more water to lower BP

If you're cutting sleep, don't do it. Try to squeeze in those 7-8 hours a day. And don't jump up from bed right away, sit up first, take a few breaths, then get up, helps to fight morning high blood preasure surges.

    Most of headaches come from:
    Bad spinal positioning.
    Not enough movement/stretching.
Not enough fluids (You should drink at least 0.5l as you wake up, and before you go to sleep. Apparently 0.5l few times during the day. Drinking 50ml in regular intervals is far from beneficial. Bigger "shock" loads lead to proper hydration.)
    Lack of sleep.
    Lack of vitamins.
    Stress, which triggers issues above.

I used to get terrible headaches every now and then, in the back left corner of my head - in the occipital region.

It couldn't have been from being in front of a screen too much, because I had the brightness down, gamma down and blue light all the way down to zero... or so I thought.

I got myself a pair of gunnars and long gone are the headaches.

Could yours be eye related as well?

You know how bad is to google/asking for symptoms on a tech forum right? ;)
Just kidding, I am sorry for you. I don't know how bad this can be, and for sure I don't want to know. Just to see my wife sneezing incessantly for having allergies pains me.
Go see a real doctor, have some tests done

Do you eat those bodybuilding substances, bcaa, etc?

If yes that's the problem.. those things are poison for your body, it may look cool in short therm, but as a long it can have all kinds of side effects, also can take a tool on your kidneys and liver.. to the point it can cause serious damage.

    According to WebMD, you're dieing....

Ok, joking aside....cuz I didn't really waste my time with WebMD anyway. My dad had issues with severe headaches. They went away after he had a massive heart attack. That said... Get to a doctor and get checked out. Make sure you provide the absolute best explanation you can. The last few months I've had to read about a few former WoW guild mates dieing. I'm tired of reading about people I interact with socially dieing. Get to a doctor, get checked out and make sure you provide them any and all information that may be helpful to them. Even if it doesn't seem important, tell them anyway. They need to know about exercise routine, any supplements you take, frequency of headaches, when the headaches occur, where you feel the pain during the headaches, etc.

Also take care of your high BP, especially if its been an ongoing thing. My brother ignored his high BP over a number of years and developed kidney disease. Definitely see your health specialist to check you out.

Go to a doctor. The only answer you're going to get asking people online or using webMD is that you have cancer or ebola.
