I still like my G602 for wireless mice.

"with the ultra-fast LIGHTSPEED wireless technology included in the Logitech G305, you get a faster-than-wired gaming experience"
    Sounds legit....
Oh wait, they meant to say "it supports 1Khz polling rate, which has been pretty standard on wired gaming mice for many years".

Tom's talked about 'Lightspeed' last year:
"Logitech wasn't effusive about how Lightspeed actually works."
This means Logitech didn't like being asked.
"Logitech claimed that the wireless signal is so much better than the competition without explaining how"
This means when pressed, Logitech offered some BS answers.

I'm sure it's a fine mouse, but the misleading jargon in place of actual specifications is saddening.

I switched to a Logitech G903 recently and the lightspeed has worked flawlessly for me, really responsive compared to other wireless mice, honestly I'm hard pressed to tell the difference between this and a wired mouse it's that good and coupled with the Powerplay charging mat it's the best mouse setup I've ever owned, it's a little pricey but I can't fault it's performance.

Agreed. I recently bought the G903 and am extremely happy with it. The great thing about lightspeed is not just the fast 1ms response time, but it also is much more power efficient than any other wireless gaming mouse.

I love my G900. Best mouse I’ve ever owned. Feels like wired and insane battery life.

Bought a Razer Mamba after my Logitech G7 (which I loved) started having problems and that’s the worst mouse I ever owned. Was stuck with it for years because I paid a lot for it.

Never buying Razer products again. Uncomfortable, left button started double tapping and scroll wheel broke.

you quite literally have the same purchase history as myself :)

I loved my G7 mouse, eventually the batteries stopped holding charge so i was forced to go with a G9, which i really disliked. After the G9 i tried the Razer Mamba 2012 edition and it was complete and utter rubbish. It broke after 4 months, and the warranty replacement broke again not much longer after that.

since then i replaced it with the G602 wireless mouse, which has been replaced with a G900 - which is what i am currently using.

the G900 is a fantastic piece of equipment, i wouldn't change it for anything else!

I second that. Haven't seen anything being released that matches it.
