Leaked teaser confirms Rage 2

Rage wasn't a bad game, however, infested by issues. Rage 2 can easily tick all the right boxes if it will work properly.

 

Exciting, loved the first one,can't wait for first ingame screens and more info.

 

Worked properly for me, just the anti-climatic ending was a big let down. Some spotty textures here and there as well. Looking forward to R2.

 

Agree with the ending. With id5Tweaker, you can increase the texture resolution and go over the 60FPS cap. Playing at 144FPS eliminates the texture pop-in.

 

id5Tweaker didn't seem to work for me at all, what have you done on your side to make it work? I followed instructions very closely.

 

I haven't played for a while either, but last time I remember only 32bit exe was moddable?

 

Loved the first one, biggest issue was that despite having an insanely powerful desktop at the time the texture pop in was horrible. Animation on some of the character models was cool though.

Glad to get another one, deserves a sequel.

I loved Rage right up there with Metro and Fallout - I am curious what they do with part 2 this schould be good!

 

Rage is the first game that I, despite enjoying, never finished due to the sheer amount of bugs causing endless crashing. I look forward to Rage 2 being less buggy when it's release in 2044.

 

I loved RAGE, bought it in a Steam sale ages ago, and then eventually played it, cracking game i thought.

 

Rage was very good but the issues right from release was horrendous and almost made you want to RAGE but the ending left a lot of scope for a sequel so lets see how that goes.

 

One of the most boring games I ever played gets a sequel. Yey.

I tried to play this. After about 2 hours of non-stop yawning, I figured this is the worst game ever made by id software. High production value, zero gameplay fun.

 

As I've said, I followed instructions. Exactly the same instructions. It doesn't work at all. So my assumption is it conflicts with something. Have you used RTSS together with it?

 

Hmmm. I think I probably did but don't remember if I had issues with it. I replayed the game in November so difficult to remember.

 

Ha, I can't even remember the ending, but I do remember hanging out with the chick at the gas station throwing boomerangs at bottles...was it boomerangs at bottles...hell, I remember the chick anyway! I've vague memories of enjoying the rest of the game, I played it on a laptop at the time, an 8600M GT GPU with an 80% overclock - fun times!

 

What a joke, what about a free dlc that finishes the first game?.
