I just installed these and slightly lower results in the api overhead test in comparison to the previous drivers. Have yet to test the games though. Using windows 10 RS4 1803 17133.73 and noticed that my start tiles load much faster with these drivers. I have my game shortcuts in tiles and noticed this odd long time it took to load tiles after start up (despite running windows off of an ssd).

So you've tried these on rs4? API overhead test aside, how do these perform in games? Any worse than previous? (I can't test them much now)

Please note: Effective April 2018, Game Ready Driver upgrades, including performance enhancements,
new features, and bug fixes, will be available only on Kepler, Maxwell, and Pascal series GPUs.

Critical security updates will be available on Fermi series GPUs through January 2019.
A complete list of Fermi series GeForce GPUs can be found: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4656

Alright, early GT 730 is Fermi, how about GT 730 (GK208) Kepler chip?
    https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/b3153/gigabyte-gt-730-2-gb-rev-2-0

I'm really curious, could you answer?

//EDIT: It looks like there is no problem, if you have Kepler, support is provided.

If they don't have different GPU strings, driver would probably treat any GT 730 as Fermi.

    Well...

    DEV_1287/0FC9 GK208 is Kepler
    DEV_0F02/0F09 GF108 is Fermi

So no problem, only their good will to support...

//EDIT: It looks like there is no problem, if you have Kepler, support is provided.

Are you on Windows 10 1709 16299.402 in both systems?

P.S. good thing that NVIDIA was able to reproduce the issue.

So it looks like the problem is with some specific GTX 1060 card vendors.

FYI, there's no TDR's so mostly likely user issue.

I haven't run Superposition since installing the card... so I have no baseline. :( If it matters to anyone I just got 9215 on 4k Optimized.

About to dip into a round or two of Hunt.

This driver doesn't support Fermi (400 and 500 series cards) anymore as stated. So .inf mod wouldn't help.

Only 600 series and higher are supported from here on in.

Who is this Sora person that seems to live on that site? Let alone gets up most people backs that I've read...

Everytime I'm reading those forums Sora is there and never comes across well at times.

"Sora" is the Finnish word for gravel.

In other words very rough and always getting in places it shouldn't be :D

After taking a more detailed look at these drivers, I'm not really sure how I feel about them. Getting slightly less fps in far cry 5 and occasional stutters. Previous driver was smoother. Benchmarks however increased. Maybe because I am on 1803?

These seem fine for me in limited games I run (mostly BF1/4), I am curious to see if TDR is fixed in FF as I was still getting random flashes/resets in it.

To be honest I never notice much change in gameplay, maybe cause I run Vsync off and I cap my fps per game.

I can confirm the case where windows 7 would TDR during image decoding is fixed.

There's a special requirement for users wanting to test against Firefox advanced layers though, need to spoof the 385.41 version string.
