1 fps is within the margin of error. Also, were your frametimes not low with older drivers?

Interesting effects here for me. Running a Sammy 4K HDMI 2.0... Works fine at RGB Full 4:4:4 UHD 60Hz 8bit. This new driver allows you to enable HDR at the same time using the Nvidia settings. (How this is possible with HDR10 ???) Prior to this, it was either Default MS settings at reduced chroma to enable HDR or disable HDR and use Nvidia settings of 4:4:4 RGB Full. HOWEVER, it appears they have broken the limited versus full range color as toggling between them, results in no change: the screen remains dull and in limited mode. Disabling HDR in the Windows settings will cause the settings to work normally.

Maybe those intermittent BSOD's I've had using RS4 will now go away.

well these are so far the "fastest" for me, at least in RS4.

Fastest in general by 3dmark Firestrike
    https://www.3dmark.com/compare/fs/1.../15372563/fs/15325971/fs/15271768/fs/15257982

    And by API @ RS4.

    What kind?

was it something like Colorful circles?
I had these one time with 391.35 and 389.20, in Dead by daylight (2x) and one time in MKXL (by xray camera) and 1x in FFXV benchmark, it also corrupted desktop later. I flashed back to lower vram OC and it stopped. But I think I saw this only recently by RS4. Not sure atm..

Does someone actually believe to these cherry picked issues lists?

Is Nvidia bugtracker public? I doubt it and their forum moderators are not good at all.

I know lots of other issues, for example what about that for some users geforce excerience start only with Admin rights?

GFE issues should be reported in the GFE forum so that the people working on the monstrosity can see it.
