That's it? I thought they would fix the video playback issues with EVR. Meh.

Pass, same with 391.01. Driver is a mess for BF1. Reverted back to 390.77 and all good. So annyoing and sick of it - every new driver make some game perform worse...

Worse pferomance, frames, drops..it just runs worse on my machine.

Had often drops to 38fps where with the older driver they are way more less frequent and not below 40.

New cards incoming most likely. Nvidia is probably devoting most of its resources towards drivers for the next generation.

Can we use the nvidia update to update the game and program profiles on older drivers like 388.84?

Its a Hotfix driver for three specific issues. Did BF1 make the list? No? Then why did you expect changes?
So annoying and sick of comments like those. :)

@tensai28 Yes, of course, it is the standard update program of Nvidia, it has only been decoupled from GFE.

Where ARE official SLI profile for Kingdom Come Deliverance? And why they disable SLI in KCD.
Developer answer is..: "game officially support SLI". My eyes bleeding, from play with 30 FPS

Wow...read again!? Unbelievable how ignorant...i was talking about the prev. NOT HOTFIX driver running worse for BF1! Did i think or thought this hotfix driver is better? No. Its just a procreating FYI! You should be thankful for such infos, but no...you expect people only to talk about "game ready" titles for the newest driver!? *facepalm*

So lets only talk about "Final Fantasy XV, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, and World of Tanks 1.0" and the rest gets deleted..

Runs the same in all games I've tried as five or so previously released drivers for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Let's see if this hotfix will hitch on monitor resume again, like all R390 drivers previously.

Great thanks! Would be great to use up to date game profiles on 388.84.

You know what i can't even be arsed to test BF1 fps any more with new drivers. I wasted £105 on it and all the DLCs. I have all previous BF titles including the Star Wars franchise but i doubt i'll ever buy another BF game.

These drivers work great for the games i'm currently playing. CSGO, Rocket League, Warframe, PUBG, H1Z1, Fortnite and Borderlands 2 Goty.

The only issue i have is a TDR with FF Quantum 58.0.2 (64bit) but it's rare and hard to recreate, usually only happens while watching Twitch streams and clicking somewhere on the page.

I feel ya. The EA model is purely brutal for consumers. I only have old titles of the BF series (BF3, SW:BF) because they were cheap. SW:BF Ultimate Edition for $5, for example. I'm feeling the pinch from them with SWTOR.

And I despise how clever they've been at raping their subscribers, because it's far more cost effective to buy the Deluxe packages that include time and Cartel Coins up front than recurring subscriptions. (There's 2, a 90day pack+2400 CC from Amazon, and a 60day + 1050 CC from EA/Origin, repurchasable after 6 months)
