So have you tried MSI mode for videocard?

And question I should ask in first place: have you actual glitches like stuttering or audio popping noise in games? Or you do troubleshoot LatencyMon itself?

Yeah, if you will manage to "update usbport.sys and hdaudbus.sys" let us know how, please.

I have bad experience with soundblaster on windows in the past ! I now use an extern audio device but still have to be carefull witch driver I choose for my usb because it's usb 3.1 powered. If I use the latest station drivers I get freezes ingame so some times it's trial and error finding those sweet spot drivers. So my advice will be experiment with maybe older drivers who are sometimes more stable !

im looking at that motherboards irq assignments, it seems to share pcie 1,2 with a usb controller, try putting the gpu in 3rd pcie slot if you can. you could also try uninstalling c200 series chipset- and restarting so it automatically finds new drivers, could also check if the motherboard has manual irq assignment in the bios, and like mbk said, are you actually having any problems?

I just used snappydriver installler from the guide above, the guide said don't install chipset drivers with the tool, which i already tried, so I thought what the hell and let snappydriver installer update everything for me and now I have been running for half a day with zero latency problems fingers crossed.

Will keep you updated if it stays fixed. :)

Which is a strong suggestion that it isn't a hardware issue, but a software one. If you can't trace it, reinstalling Windows would be a thing.

It seems that you became addicted to LatencyMon. (And never answered the question whether you have real application problems.)

Clean install of Windows 10 + all the possible service packs and updates.

Ideally, if you can get your hands on Win 10 LTSB, that would be great.

Then I will repeat another question: have you tried to switch videocard and High Definition Audio Controller into MSI mode to check if it helps?

If you mean that problem with audio only starts when you launch LatencyMon then we can say that you have no problem with audio.
