This is my score for my new computer I just built 4 days ago.

    Here are the specs:
    Intel Core i7-8700K
    Asus ROG Strix Z370-E
    Klevv Bolt 2400Mhz
    GIGABYTE GTX1080 G1 GAMING 8GB
    Corsair Platinum HX750
    Samsung 960 Pro M.2 NVMe 500GB
    Corsair Hydro H110i V2

I have been trying to solve this issue for awhile now but I haven't come to a solution yet.

    Solutions I have tried:
    1. Increasing Power Management in Nvidia Control Panel.
    2. Updating and Reinstalling Nvidia Drivers. (390.65)
    3. Overclock my GPU, CPU (and reverting back to original settings)
    4. Tried to off my Gsync, but my Monitor doesn't support
    5. Switch off HPET.
    6. Check my computer HDMI output is coming out from GPU.

Anyone who is experienced in this area, could you kindly help? Thanks!
Currently playing at PUBG and medium and low settings. Something doesn't add up

Try turning off Gsync for Windowed mode and keep it Fullscreen only. What resolution your screen has. And check that your FPS isn't capped by Vsync.

Thanks for the quick reply. How to turn off Gsync for windowed mode? Are you referring to 3Dmark itself? If you are, I can't find that option. I am only using the basic version of 3D mark.

Here is the name of my screen: Samsung LED Monitor (A350 Series)
    My screen Resolution is:
    1920x1080
    24" (16:9)

I have already turned off V-Sync in my Geforce Control panel in the Global Setting.

Go to Nvidia Control Panel -> Gsync Section -> Set Gsync for Fullscreen mode only.

what was the speed of the core clock ? 100% only means that the gpu was fully occupied

Wow, I just ran the 3Dmark. The MSI AB shows my GPU core clock was at 0 throughout.

I'm not sure but I think you're GPU should be well supported by Afterburner by now... you should see your core clock there.
Can you maybe post a screenshot of what you see while running 3Dmark or afterwards? The graphs maybe?

Where can I upload the photos to? I can you what MSI AB is showing. My GPU core clock isn't working and Resource Manager shows me that my GPU is only utilizing 6% when I am running the 3D mark.

Well the utilization should be at 100% if you're running the benchmark... some photo upload platform like imgur helps.
Do you also have such a low GPU utilisation under PUBG too?
