Just use ddu , it disables windows driver updates - so downgrade never happened to me.

BTW pro tip for parents -> want to check if your child is playing games while you are not at home? Open AMD Link on your smartphone and there you go :D GPU utilisation 100? Somebody is having some fun :p

Nothing worked right after 17.9.3. Tested my games with the R9 Fury......glad Crimson is RIP. My FreeSync monitor works, enabled Enhanced Sync, turned off Vsync in Street Fighter V, and the gates of heaven opened. This driver is spot on.

UVD bug for 1st gen gcn still not in feature list.

At least they added new features that other apps already do better, like quite old radeonPro or Afterburner/etc..

Did you do enhanced sync in the global profile? That's what I am thinking about doing with my freesync monitor.

Question: Enhanced Sync works with In-Game Vsync off?

By the way 3 bugs I have had since wddm 2.3 drivers finally fixed:

    1) Firefox crashing tabs 2) Radeon Settings closing itself without reason when idle or opens multiple icons/instances 3) Strange restart/shutdown 1-1.5 sec slow down

Most stable driver since Windows 10 FCU 1709 update and WDDM 2.3 drivers.

Just tried Bad Company 2 with it. Single Player. Butte smooth but FPS was always 120+. Vsync off in game. Max settings, 2560x1080 80hz 8X MSAA.
Gonna try it with 3840x1600 70hz but with no AA, ReShade and SMAA. That will bring the fps down.

AMD link is great. I hope they will further enhance and improve it, so unique and useful. Everything monitored and shown in your mobile screen :D

It requires time until we find the bad things about the driver.
But for now, and as impressive as it can get, everything works out of the box.
It's the first time in a long long long time, that I have a driver that feels so damn smooth.

Tried some Multiplayer games for now, since I formatted the PC recently and I'm still downloading the SinglePlayer games, but so far, R6 Siege works great, better than before for me.
And CS:GO I tried Chill on it, something that I personally didn't enjoyed the first time because it felt wrong.
Right now I just finished a competitive match with 38K/6D, and only felt noticable when I had a framecounter.

    Perfect!

Is there a way to set the OSD to tile differently? I'd like each component to be displayed horizontally, much like RTSS, at the moment it's taking up too much screen space.

I personally would appreciate it if we got a "slim" driver that basically just has everything you need to get good framerates and DPM but nothing else. I overall don't even care about GUI config tool. Though I see the value in the extras, it's all just unnecessary bloat to me.
