Application has been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware - Please, please help!

    Well, I did underclock the core clock..I'm still learning about all the computer stuff, so sorry if that's not what you were referring to.

    Underclocking the core clock didn't help at all.

    I can provide an updated vbios but I'm just going to say your issue is more than likely PSU.

    It is over 7 years old at this point, probably kicking the bucket now.
