388.00 is working decently with FIFA 18, except 388.10 & 388.13 are shuttered with FIFA 18 & can easily reproduce it, but at the end of the day, 388.10 is a hot-fix driver so meh!

Wolfenstein II runs fine on 388.13 just like it did on 388.10.

Most likely the users that owned a G-Sync panel had the issue of stuttering.

No G-sync monitor, ver 1709, game bar off.
To be fair I only tried Fifa 18 for now but it was really obvious coming from 388.00 which were stutter free for me.

Still same problems in Wolfenstein 2... impossible set 4k resolution and any other resolution scaling over 1080p.
    Testing the rest...

I had some problems with Wolfenstein 2 with these drivers. Turning off Async Compute resolved my freezing problem using a GTX 1080... I don't think these are the drivers that fix the known AC issue.

FIFA 18 shuttering is the same like 388.10 & 388.13 right? 388.00 shutters free. I need to re-test again & look like I also can reproduce the shuttering in 388.13 like you mentioned.

I get stuttering in Fifa with both 388.10 and 388.13
    Stutter free with 388.00

Very bad performance at times for a 60fps console game and rendering glitches on this driver (and the ones before too). I slowed the videos down to 10fps so you could see the bugs easier, game is relatively smooth even at low framerates, at least without vsync and high refresh rates:

Black boxes on big explosions across the entire game.-

Eternal graphical glitch, looks like a half transparent texture stuck on your face when using the faster forward rendering option.-

Ps.- Also Project Cars 2 still has that game breaking micro juddering/stuttering when making turns. Only fix is to run 385.69 and a 62.8fps cap.

Wolfenstien is working fine for me in 4k on 378.92. I just created a custom resolution of 3840x2159. It still detects it as 16:9 and for some reason gets rid of all the screen tearing and black lines.

I haven't noticed any stuttering with these. They seem to be pretty good. No Gsync, no gamebar, 1709.

have another problem on fifa, in main menu the gpu is on 99% of usage and clock in maximum boost, even with fps limited to 60 and optimal energy settings

I am experiencing stuttering in various games too. It is very obvious in Doom 2016 but can be observed in Battlefield 1 and Witcher 3. I did not have time to try with other games. I rolled back to 385.69 and no more stuttering. Also, Doom 2016 won't un-minimize (or maximize after being minimized). Probably other games will have this problem too. As expected from nGreedia.

Yeah, confirmed & I can reproduce the same issue just like 388.10 Hot-fix. Once, you kick off, pass the ball & swung it to either left or right, there's a small hiccup. Furthermore, if we tried to shot attempts towards the keeper or any crossed.

FYI, my GPU usage unable to hit 99%, I'm using in-game no limit on FPS, DX11.0, MSAA 4x, Ultra, full-screen, RTSS capped 59.942, V-Sync On (NvCpl), 16x AF (NvCpl), MFAA On (NvCpl) & Optimal power.

I'm using Firefox Ver 56.0.2 and the latest version of DeepDark, Win 1709 and i like DARK modes but after installing this driver i have an issue only with FF. Thin white lines on 3 sides of FF that only showed up after doing a clean install of this driver. Not sure if it's a FF problem or a windows/nvidia problem. If i go to windows settings and change scale to default 100% it goes away but 100% means things are too small so i have always used 125%. When i use 125% or 150% for trial firefox has those stupid white outline.

I too get stuttering in Wolf 2 using these drivers. The hotfix was fine for me but this one is unplayable, it's a stutter festival.

    1709, no gamebar, G-sync user

EDIT: Stuttering in other games too, think it's just a driver issue as a whole and not in relation to Wolf 2 alone.

I get stuttering in BF1, The Witcher and other games, but these two are totally unplayable. The worst drivers in history!

I'm on Windows v1709 build 16299.19. Game mode is On (since you cannot turn if off) and for Wolftenstein II, Hob and Hollow Knight, which are just three recent games I've played where I noticed the persistent stutter/hitching, the Game bar is off (which is it is for all games in my experience unless you manually enable it on a per-game basis).

I installed Visual C++ Runtime Installer v56! credited to @thatguy91 fixed the shuttering issue.
