I have this gpu https://www.asus.com/in/Graphics-Cards/GTX650TIBDC2OC2GD5/ which is 3 and a half years old. Its fans are dead. I want to know where can i buy the replacement fans. And also what is the size of those fans if someone can tell me.
You won't find those fans most likely.. Maybe try ebay Otherwise, you're best off to remove the plastic shroud and zip tie a couple fans on there.
That will be fine too. You will have to plug the fan into a fan header on motherboard as the fan header on the GPU is much smaller
Don't do it ! It's not worth it. Who cares if your 75c of 85c when gaming. The card is meant to get hot just like your whole computer. Heat is not a bad thing, ... Plus you void your warranty. Your fans on the card are spinning slow on desktop you cant even hear it. When you game it gets loud as a jet but that is what headphones are for. gl
those are big fan headers, wont work on stock pcb. Besides, no idea if they fit. Doesn't say the size or anything
Size is 75mm written here. I measured the stock fans it was between 70 - 75mm. Headers seems big in the picture but its same that i have right now. People have uploaded pics of that. Installed in nvidia and amd both. So should i go for it..??

I had the fan on my Leadtek WinFast 6800 Ultra die on me. What I did to remedy the situation was I forcefully screwed in a 120mm case fan onto the shroud - and it worked (this card had a rather large plastic shroud on it). I would go with Agent's suggestion and try to strap a couple of case fans onto it (either removing the shroud or attaching it to the shroud over the fan holes). It won't be elegant, but it should be all you need.
Hello. I installed these ( https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2PC...id=b1fd2b1b-3871-43c6-b490-e1a2cf80b3ef&tpp=1 ) fans, open Asus GPU tweak utility, manually up the fan percentage to 100 % and immediately a jet engine like sound started coming from the gpu.. I thought the fans are broken as they were so loud. So I opened GpuZ and checked the rpm, it was a little over 4600 rpm, I was like WOW ! The stock fans were around 3600 rpm. and that's why these new fans are so loud. Here is the comparison between Old stock Fans and these new Dual X Fans - Old Stock Fans Idle 38 C Ran Unigine Valley Benchmark once (3 mins at full load) 75 C Max New Dual X Fans Idle 34 C Ran Unigine Valley Benchmark twice continuously (6 mins at full load) 60 C Max.. Now I wont be facing throttling because of high temperatures.. YIPPEEEE
I have setup a fan curve, thats why in game temps never went beyond 65 C even after playing for an hour. They are better than stock fans...
Shut up with your non sense. Its not a brand new GTX 1080ti that he is gonna void the warranty on. The longer they run at the max temp, the shorter the life span of the gpu. And max is actually 97c for his gpu.
Honestly don't even bother, You would be way better off in investing in a new card. Back in the day I dismantled my 8800GTS 640MB, and it didn't make any difference.
