Wtf! When will be released the new whql driver? Today we are the 20th September and have passed 4 weeks from the last driver. In few days will be released Project Cars 2 and in the past days others games
I'm kind of waiting for a new driver too, but do you have some issues with the older ones? If not, just let them run until a properly working one is around... I guess a new driver won't be too far off, I guess we might see a new version for Total War: Warhammer 2, which is released a week from now.
I'm in no rush for a new driver, the previous ones before the latest WHQL gave me tons of BSODs in Google Chrome... it was driving me nuts.
Yes, all works fine me too but I've pre ordered on Steam Project Cars 2 that is one triple A game optimized for Nvidia's graphics cards and come out the 22th September.
What makes you think that there will be any issues on the current driver? It's actually good that NV is taking it's time to release something actually new instead of pushing out pointless "Game Ready" drivers with zero changes or improvements.
R387 is likely the 1709 / WDDM 2.3 release driver. It will be some months if not more than a year before R400+. We'll probably get a couple of R39x branches first. These are important for SLI users only and even for them these can be pushed through the network into existing drivers.
