If that is the big one 64 one. Then oh boy 30% with way higher clocks and what not other improvements.

Saddest thing is that the damn card costs same as the 1080 ti here. 56 makes sort of sense.

I have a feeling their drivers are up to nothing currently since Fury X is too close in way too many cases it makes no sense. Well of course it does these cards have less texture bandwidth but still.

Some stores are putting up these GPU's now for ordering, heh damn I knew prices were going to be rough but 1100 USD? Ha ha.

The water cooled 8 GB is 10499 SEK which after a quick currency conversion comes out to 1294 USD.

Air cooled limited 8 GB edition is 9690 SEK which converts to 1194 USD.
(Think the only difference was a silvery cooler?)

And the regular 8 GB edition is 9360 SEK which is 1157 USD when converted.

Will be interesting to see if the prices hold or if they'll go down, no stock currently so these are likely preliminary listings so it's possible the prices are upped a bit to take advantage of early orders.

EDIT: The current 1080 Ti stock goes for around 8000 SEK or 980 USD. Ha ha.

EDIT: Looks like the Netherlands are having a pretty rough price too.
    https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/6tlnbk/vega_64_liquid_preorder_at_1400/

US pricing seems to be a bit varied but some stores sold for around 599 USD from what I checked so far, though it sold out really quickly heh.

Here in France, Its at 649€ preorder for the standard Vega 64, but they then give you a coupon code to reduce to 507€ immediately. :)
    So not too bad.

Got my today, only had 3 in stock no limited edition but XFX is selling the AMD Reference Model while the other had the other brand logo. price was $599 with no Radeon Pack which sucks but I didn't care since I only paid $303 for it.

Time to make a Vega Owners Thread

EDIT: After reading some more info, I have to admit the xbox hueg power consumption of the Vega 64 series is unfortunate. My 390 already is a space heater, especially bad in summer.

If I had to get a product now, I would select the Vega 56. I'm kinda bummed at the 64 offerings.

Since Vega 56 would be a solution for me, I am going to wait for the AMD/Vega laptop offerings, as I also desire to retire using desktops altogether, and move to a laptop/NAS setup.

They was not kidding, RX Vega 64 is heavy. in the box it feel like a brick & hand, too bad they didn't had the limited edition one but as least I got RX Vega 64 & i'm happy with it, only test one game.

Didn't rx480 also have problematic launch? After 2 weeks most of the issues were fixed ? And now it's beating 1060's *** ?

Yes, AMD does surprise us with performance that typically exceeds our expectations.
Based on the company's earlier hints, we were anticipating Radeon RX Vega 64 to tie GTX 1080, at best. However, AMD enjoys an advantage in Doom, The Division, and Dawn of War III.
It roughly matches GeForce GTX 1080 in Ashes of the Singularity, Hitman, Metro, and Rise of the Tomb Raider.
And it only really loses in Ghost Recon and The Witcher 3. The card is exceptional for 2560x1440 and respectable at Ultra HD, where you'll need to make quality compromises in certain games for smooth frame rates.

AMD really needs to up their game.

Vega 64 has the power draw of two 1080Ti.

Hits the market one year later.

Performance close to an stock 1080 non Ti.

The cards are completely locked... no custom bioses can be used...

vega 56 power consumption skyrockets once you start OCing it.

From what I heard, RX Vega will use WHQL like in the GPU bios which block the kernel from being hack. it's like secure boot on Windows.
